Rated 1 out of 5 by leon this product worked for 14 months, now it is dead
This is the only faucet i have ever purchased that became non functional in 14 months. The touch activated faucet sounded interesting, and I expected a very expensive faucet to last several years. Delta makes some very good faucets, but my touch 20 technology faucet only lasted a few months.
You are much better off buying a cheap delta faucet that will last several decades instead of a touch20 delta faucet that might only last a few months.
I am sure that many people have purchased this faucet and it worked for several years. I have bought very inexpensive generic faucets from home depot that lasted over a decade.
It has great features, but the quality control is so poor that the great features do not do you any good.
Delta offers a multi year warantee on this faucet's electronics, but I do not know if it includes the plumbers bill.
If the warantee does not include the plumber's bill, it will probably cost me a few hundred dollars to fix this almost new faucet. This is a product to avoid.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bruce The aerator is very poorly designed.
The aerator is very poorly designed and and sprays water all over when put your hand or something under the faucet.
The touch on/off part works great.

We were upgrading the appliances in our kitchen and noticed that the old faucet didn't match well with the new appliances. My wife and I researched faucets and settled on the Delta touch model. I am not a plumber but had no problems installing the product. Prior to this purchase we had no idea as to how handy the touch feature would be. We are now in love with our faucet. I think everyone should have a Delta touch faucet.

We love everything about this faucet. The simplistic modern design, the high arc, and most of all the touch technology. We also ordered the soap dispenser, which was a plus. Installation was relatively simple and the product works great. It is definitely a convenience that we enjoy.

Everything was fine, except a clip was missing from the instillation kit. Delta parts sent a clip and all is well.

by LAMak Compromised by an Expensive Non-functioning "Touch" Feature
This review is of a Delta Faucet 9159T-AR-DST Trinsic Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet Featuring Touch2O Technology, Arctic Stainless installed in March 2014. Even after a five hour installation attempt by a licensed plumber, carefully following the included instructions, avoiding any metal-to-metal or electric component overlap, and installing an under sink insulation barrier, plus a service call directly to DELTA seeking advice, we are still without the ability to use this faucet's touted "touch" feature. The problem appears to revolve around an inability to ground the solenoid electronics so that a touch activates the ON / OFF function. Our white-porcelain-over-cast-iron-sink set into a thick granite countertop complicated the installation process, necessitating the need to cut the hard plastic insulation piece to fit. When battery operated, the solenoid allows the water to turn on and off; however, the ability to operate the faucet by touch remains inoperable. Furthermore, the battery connection itself remains intermittent, easily interrupted whenever wires attached to the solenoid pack are jostled. These both appear to be design issues that need to be addressed. Until they are, if your installation involves anything but the most common kind of sink (preferably not made of metal), I would avoid spending the extra for the "touch" feature. If you do decide to go ahead anyway, find a plumber who has installed one with this feature before to assure your best chance for success. The faucet itself looks great; however, we have invested hundreds of dollars for a non-functioning feature and an unnecessarily complicated installation process that seriously mitigates our appreciation of its attractive design.
