Wanted a tap with shower spray option and single hole option, so it works great. A button on top switches back to normal flow. Also the cartridge can be removed for repairs, and it has a lifetime guarantee, so the value is great. I used it to replace an almost new tap of another brand that was already leaking.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jamoncito Solid performer so far. The next ten years will be the test.
Installed in August of 2013.
The wand had to be replaced due to a few crooked jets on the outside.
Excellent product support. Friendly, capable, knowledgeable and efficient phone support. This has been the only problem in 3+ months of heavy use.
The chrome finish has held up fine so far.

Rated 1 out of 5 by tdford Nice looking but poor performance
I purchased this faucet in 2008, for the first 2 years it performed well. Over the next year, the push button flow control clogged, the cartridge leaked and the hose disconnected from the faucet causing water to spray all over my kitchen. Although the design and finish look great in my kitchen, and Delta stood behind the faucet by replacing the cartridge for free... I would not recommend this product due the hose disconnect issue. The simple plastic connection made installation easy, but is not a robust design that will withstand the years of pushing and pulling the hose in and out of the faucet. Also the soap dispenser stem broke with the first two years, and needed to be replaced with a generic one.

This lovely faucet was easy to install. No problem. But adjusting the hot/cold is nearly impossible. It is either too hot or too cold. Getting it to simply run warm is nearly impossible. I have no idea how to fix it.

Based on a plumber's recommendation, we replaced the original handle at three years. Something in the unit had begun to deposit dark, sooty-looking material in the water. It was the only faucet in the three-year-old house with that problem. The handle was easy to replace, but don't let go of the hose, or you can't bring it back up to connect to the new handle. The new handle resolved the soot problem after a few days. We don't know the specific cause of the problem, but the plumber was aware of it. In this case, the warranty was important -- Delta sent a new one at no cost to us.

I had a plumber put it in, but after having seen the video later, I think I can handle the next one

Rated 5 out of 5 by Carol What's not to love with this great faucet!
OK, I'll admit that I didn't want a pull-out faucet! My husband had to convince me to try it and although I hate to admit that he was right, he was. I mistakenly thought it would be difficult to put the wand back into the faucet. I'm not ashamed to say that I was wrong! It slides in and out smoothly and I've had no problem with it. I also didn't think I would use a soap dispenser. Wrong again, and husband scores more points! I also have greatly enjoyed the sprayer too as it works so much better than our previous faucet. The spray is full, yet gentle so that it doesn't overspray and wet the countertops. The button turning off the sprayer is so easy to use. I guess you can see that we are delighted with this Delta Faucet. I just wish I had listened to my husband and tried it sooner (but don't tell him that)!

We were roped into this faucet buy its great looks and reputation of the manufacturer. Boy were we wrong! Upon install (by a plumber) we found the hose connecting the handle to the faucet defective and it leaked all over our brand new cabinets, The handle did not seat correctly. It was so tight that the plastic seat snapped. Most recently the faucet began to drip constantly. The leaking will only stop if the control handle is very firmly pulled down into the center position. On a positive note- everything was covered under warranty but of course that did not cover the cost of having the plumber re-install the faucet.
