Why is the bottom ring around the air gap WHITE?
I have customers complain that the rim around where the cap fits down over the air gap is WHITE and stands out! It looks

Answer:
Thank you for your concern. Delta Faucet model # 72020-RB has a ring around the bottom to keep the finish from coming in contact with water. Our R & D department has been looking at a better design for the Venetian Bronze finish but at this point, it is the only way this product is available.Skill Level: Advanced
