Nice touch
This faucet has some nice features that make it very desirable.
It's nice not to have to do anything more than to touch it to turn it on when you have dirty or sticky hands as well as turn it off during a cooking project. The turning radius is also a nice feature. There are a few cons however that could be improved. It must be installed EXACTLY AND PRECISELY to make it work properly and at times it will turn off unexpectedly.
Overall it is a good product that is desirable, stylish as well as funtional.

THIS PRODUCT IS VERY USER FRIENDLY
This faucet saves time and the added convenience and avoiding cross contamination in the kitchen is awesome. My wife tells me every day how much she loves this faucet.

Just what I wanted.
My kitchen remodel isn't quite done but my sink and Delta faucet were installed about a week ago. I bought this faucet for the Touch2O feature and because the style is sleek and simple. The Touch2O is awesome and will take some time to get used to as I've never had this feature before. I look forward to the ease of use during food prep when my kitchen is complete. I'm curous as to how long the 6 AA batteries will last- they are needed for the Touch2O feature. My contractor installed the faucet so I can't speak to the ease of installation. July 2012

Great Features, But stopped working
This was a great faucet when it worked. After only a few months of use the touch feature has stopped working and can't be overriden with the handle. I have to crawl under the sink to get the faucet to turn on. We've tried everything. Has anyone else had this problem?

Very easy to use and it is far better than my previous faucet
The magnet head docking is wonderful and it works at any angle. Because of its height, I can fit in all kitchen appliance to fill in water as well as reach any place I need to. Overall, I will highly recommend this model especially with double sinks.

what do you do when the water won't come out and the red light just stays on?
faucet was working so I touched it later in day and it shut off and now will not work at all.

Faucet keeps turning on and off - all by itself...
Have had this faucet for 5 months and everything has been great - until the faucet randomly started turning itself on and off. I thought maybe it was a battery issue, but it doesn't appear to be. What's going on? Why is this happening? Is this a defect?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 9159T-DST swivels 360 degrees but only the spout swivels. The base does not swivel. However, the pull-down hose is 62 inches long so it should reach all our your sinks.Skill Level: Advanced

What is the height of the handle from the countertop?
We have a breakfast bar behind our sink. The clearance to the backsplash at the countertop is 2.5 inches, which is sufficient for the Trinsic faucet. However, there is a half inch overhang from the breakfast bar. This overhang begins at 5 inches above the countertop. Consequently, the clearance is only 2 inches at that overhang. Will this interfere with the operation of the handle?

I'd like to install the Trinsic 9959-DST bar faucet in my kitchen. I have a 3 hole sink. What model escutcheon should I use?
I have an escutcheon for my current faucet and want to know if I'll be able to use it. The current faucet base has a 2 inch diameter. What's the base of the 9959-DST? Are there other factors in selecting the appropriate escutcheon? Thickness? I don't know what brand or style the existing escutcheon is. See photo.
