Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 154 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not impressed This was a diy project that included a new sink, faucet Model 9178, disposal and undercounter water filtration system. The Delta faucet was easy to install and the finish on the faucet is beautiful (oil rubbed bronze). It operates very smoothly with just the slightest pressure. I am disappointed in the flow rate of the faucet in that it is very very difficult to get a warm slow flow. Slow flow at hot and cold are easy, but the faucet literally turns off to zero flow when put between hot and cold to obtain warm. The handle has to be pushed out to a faster flow to get warm water. Not impressed. October 6, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by quick connect hose FAIL I've had this installed for about 4 weeks, all was good until...This hair-brained connection (the flex hose has cheap plastic connection and retainer clip) is a disaster - then you're on the hook for a proprietary connection if it fails. Who can wait (how many days) for delta to ship you replacement parts while your sink sits idle? Stay away February 3, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Never had any issues with this Faucet I work for a New Residential pluming company and we install these faucets, along with the Leland 2-hole Kitchen Faucet, in half of the houses we have. We have never had any warranty calls or any issues with this faucet. I highly recommend it. February 3, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Love the look and feel We bought this faucet because I will only use Delta and love the look and feel of the faucet. The faucet is 2 years old and in the past several months started to become difficult to shut off first time, if we open it up then push back quickly it will completely shut off. January 6, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by I love my new faucet! I recently purchased the Delta Leland single handle kitchen faucet. I chose the chrome finish to match my older sink. I have been very pleased with it. I love the magnetic docking system. It always clicks tightly after retracting the spray head. It looks beautiful, and doesn't drip. I did not install it myself, as I was not replacing the sink, and removing the old faucet was a bit tricky. But the plumber told me he loved installing Delta faucets. I highly recommend this faucet. Rated 3 out of 5 by Can't select the right temperature on 19939 or 9178 A good Engineer tests their design to ensure it works before going to production. These guys didn't. When fully on, the throw from hot to cold is about 2". You would think that would be adequate, but it isn't enough to get the temperature you want. It is either too hot or too cold. If you try for lower flow, say 1/2 throttle, and then go forward or back to get less flow, it actually shuts almost off at the middle of the setting. May 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Magnetic catch...genius Everything about this product is superior to any other brands I inspected at Home Depot... The finish and operation is superb and the magnetic pull down head coupling is the best idea since sliced bread. I am so pleased with this product I sent a similar message to the company from the "contact us" portion of the company web site November 17, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Solid, sturdy, works beautifully. I love this faucet! I am very picky about plumbing fixtures, and worried that all the parts weren't in the package since it obviously was a return; the bags were open and parts strewn around. However, the plumber checked carefully and it was complete. This faucet is pretty and works smoothly, with easy-on and off, it has super water pressure and is such an improvement over my old, cheap faucet. My handyman said I could have installed it myself, but I found the instructions to be poorly-written, dense, and difficult to follow. He did fine with them, however. The poor instructions are my only complaint. A glossary would have been nice for those with limited plumbing vocabulary. June 14, 2014

Answer:
Hi Cesar, Thank you for your question. The model 9178-AR-DST requires a working pressure of 20 PSI. Each foot of elevation that your storage tank is about ground level will give approximately .433 PSI. For example 100' of elevation will result in 34.4 psi.

Answer:
Hi Diane, Thank you for your question. There is a slight difference between the Delta Faucet Stainless Steel finish and the Delta Faucet Artic Stainless finish. Stainless Steel has a gold tone to it and is mostly used in the bath. Artic Stainless has a blue tint to it and more closely matches stainless steel appliances out in the market today. It is only used in the kitchen.
