My old faucet had developed some issues after 12 years of use. When I called Delta for replacement parts we found that my faucet model had been discontinued. Since Delta offers a lifetime warranty and stands behind their product, the representative was able to replace my faucet with a new, similar model. The new faucet was very easy to install, is very pretty and looks perfect in my kitchen. I am VERY happy with it. I especially love the magnetic return on the wand. Very simple and easy to use. Thank you, Delta, for meaning what you say when you say lifetime warranty! I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service! I will always buy Delta.

This was a diy project that included a new sink, faucet Model 9178, disposal and undercounter water filtration system. The Delta faucet was easy to install and the finish on the faucet is beautiful (oil rubbed bronze). It operates very smoothly with just the slightest pressure. I am disappointed in the flow rate of the faucet in that it is very very difficult to get a warm slow flow. Slow flow at hot and cold are easy, but the faucet literally turns off to zero flow when put between hot and cold to obtain warm. The handle has to be pushed out to a faster flow to get warm water. Not impressed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by mflixx quick connect hose FAIL
I've had this installed for about 4 weeks, all was good until...This hair-brained connection (the flex hose has cheap plastic connection and retainer clip) is a disaster - then you're on the hook for a proprietary connection if it fails. Who can wait (how many days) for delta to ship you replacement parts while your sink sits idle? Stay away

Rated 5 out of 5 by Prickles Solid, sturdy, works beautifully.
I love this faucet! I am very picky about plumbing fixtures, and worried that all the parts weren't in the package since it obviously was a return; the bags were open and parts strewn around. However, the plumber checked carefully and it was complete. This faucet is pretty and works smoothly, with easy-on and off, it has super water pressure and is such an improvement over my old, cheap faucet. My handyman said I could have installed it myself, but I found the instructions to be poorly-written, dense, and difficult to follow. He did fine with them, however. The poor instructions are my only complaint. A glossary would have been nice for those with limited plumbing vocabulary.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Blars Love the look and feel
We bought this faucet because I will only use Delta and love the look and feel of the faucet. The faucet is 2 years old and in the past several months started to become difficult to shut off first time, if we open it up then push back quickly it will completely shut off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AshleeatAKCPlumbing Never had any issues with this Faucet
I work for a New Residential pluming company and we install these faucets, along with the Leland 2-hole Kitchen Faucet, in half of the houses we have. We have never had any warranty calls or any issues with this faucet. I highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by John605 Superb Faucet!
I just installed this myself today. It was probably one of the easiest faucet installs I have ever done! The directions were simple and I appreciated that tools came with it! The BIGGEST headache with any plumbing job is making the final connections. There is nothing more frustrating that LEAKS! All the connections on this faucet were quick and simple.
I noticed in another comment that someone had a problem with the flex hose connection coming apart. The directions are VERY specific as to how this is to be made - even showing 3 ways NOT to do it. All I can say is, "Your on your own pal for if you don't follow the instructions!"
In closing, the is the first job where my use of "plumbers language" was at an all time low! ;-)
GREAT PRODUCT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Rated 5 out of 5 by NC02 Great Customer Service
Faucet was installed by my builder as part of construction on our new home. Flow rate seemed unacceptably low, but builder was unable to resolve. Sent an email to Delta and IMMEDIATELY got a reply from someone who obviously knew their product and did what I would expect all companies should do in customer service. None of those annoying phone mazes (push 2 for this or 5 for that) where you get untrained people who have no product knowledge, seem like they reading from a script and apparently have no authority to resolve an issue like so many other companies.
The person who replied to me asked some key questions and for some additional information. They were able to quickly resolve a problem the builder could not.
VERY satisfied with the overall experience.
