Rated 1 out of 5 by jmc14 Good in theory but not in reality. Overall poor design....
Worked fine at first, then thought the batteries needed replacing, it has been all downhill from there. Inconsistent functionality, the Touch2O rarely works properly, usually no water flow when turned on, have to pull the faucet head in and out to get the water to flow, sometimes cycles rapidly on and off, cannot leave in touch mode because will turn on and off on its own, very difficult to regulate the temperature, etc etc... Was installed by a plumber. Would never recommend the touch feature and have told others not to purchase. A faucet should not be so difficult to install/use this is why I feel the overall design is poor.

Very pleased with the look and function of the Addison Touch kitchen faucet and matching soap dispenser. Everything about this faucet is effortless. The spray/stream buttons are easy to use. I liked that the spout itself is so large - you can grab and hold it without getting your hand in the way of the water stream. Many other spouts did not feel as comfortable in my hand because they were just too small. The Touch function is great and reliable. I also like that the handle sits higher than most other faucets, so it doesn't appear to 'crowd' the soap dispenser next to it. This faucet is eye candy on my large kitchen island.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Happyrocks We love it!!!
Faucet works great. The one we replaced would either be hot or cold. Difficult to get warm. This one is very easy to adjust and holds the temp well. The finish is good and it doesn't show fingerprints or water marks.
Cons: Would like a plug in adapter for power. Also, the battery pack should be designed so it is easy to mount on the inside of the cabinet.
Cons: The mounting system could be a little easier. Found it difficult to be in contorted position under the counter so I could use 2 hands to hold up the plastic mounting plate, turn the hold down nut and hold the water lines to the side so you could turn the nut.
At the end of the day - once it was installed, we love it.

Similar to the lmc14 review of Oct 20, 2014. Doesn't stay on until touched/tapped again, has turned on and off ( few secs) when no one has touched it, the grab function only works occasionally. Whether grab/touch/tap may run 5 to 15 secs and then shuts off. To fill a pan we need to repeatedly tap each time it shuts off until we reach the amount of water needed. We have all Delta products in our home and always have. This was a large purchase for us, and we feel very disappointed for the price we paid plus the cost of the plumber to install it professionally. Would be worth both if it worked as it should.

We remodeled our kitchen and this faucet was highly recommended, and installed by a professional plumber. It did not work properly out of the box, water would turn on by itself after it was left in the "on" position but "touched" off, and the LED would turn on very often without the water running. Our distributor suggested to have it exchanged for another one, but that also had the same results, unreliable. We decided to live with it and not worry about the touch feature and would not replace the batteries when they went dead, and just use it as a standard faucet. The batteries went dead in about 6 weeks, but then the faucet would not turn on at all. I replaced the batteries and we are back to the same scenario when the LED goes on for no reason, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Barb this was a replacement
This Delta faucet replaces a 26-year old (guaranteed for life) Franke faucet that is no longer being made. Delta was my first choice when looking for a new faucet. Taking into account this faucet will last at least as many years, the Touch feature was one of the deciding factors for picking this faucet. The instructions were easy to follow and no additional trips to Lowes were needed. (Plumbing projects usually send my husband "round the bend"!) It's not quite a month since it has been installed and neither of us have any complaints.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Chrisb Addison Single Handle Pull-Down faucet waste of money
We remodeled our kitchen in April 2014 and this faucet has been nothing but a nightmare. It frequently will turn on by itself and now won't turn on at all. I can't even remove the batteries to manually use the faucet and water just trickles. I would never buy another Delta faucet as this was a lot of money and since it doesn't work properly half the time, I would have saved a lot of money to not have touch activated faucet. I now have to call a plumber so I can have water turn on in my kitchen sink.

Rated 3 out of 5 by DIYjohn solid construction, touch feature not worth it
Installed unit on February 13, 2016 with my son. Easy to follow instructions, easy to install, need two people. The touch feature worked for a week. Delta sent a new solenoid. That worked for a week. Now March 5th, still working with Delta to correct issue. Their customer service has been very good handling the issue. However, if the Touch feature does not work, then I hope Delta will let me return it for the less expensive non-touch unit. Love the design and functionality.
