Addison Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O® Technology
Good in theory but not in reality. Overall poor design....
Worked fine at first, then thought the batteries needed replacing, it has been all downhill from there. Inconsistent functionality, the Touch2O rarely works properly, usually no water flow when turned on, have to pull the faucet head in and out to get the water to flow, sometimes cycles rapidly on and off, cannot leave in touch mode because will turn on and off on its own, very difficult to regulate the temperature, etc etc... Was installed by a plumber. Would never recommend the touch feature and have told others not to purchase. A faucet should not be so difficult to install/use this is why I feel the overall design is poor.

this was a replacement
This Delta faucet replaces a 26-year old (guaranteed for life) Franke faucet that is no longer being made. Delta was my first choice when looking for a new faucet. Taking into account this faucet will last at least as many years, the Touch feature was one of the deciding factors for picking this faucet. The instructions were easy to follow and no additional trips to Lowes were needed. (Plumbing projects usually send my husband "round the bend"!) It's not quite a month since it has been installed and neither of us have any complaints.

We love it!!!
Faucet works great. The one we replaced would either be hot or cold. Difficult to get warm. This one is very easy to adjust and holds the temp well. The finish is good and it doesn't show fingerprints or water marks.
Cons: Would like a plug in adapter for power. Also, the battery pack should be designed so it is easy to mount on the inside of the cabinet.
Cons: The mounting system could be a little easier. Found it difficult to be in contorted position under the counter so I could use 2 hands to hold up the plastic mounting plate, turn the hold down nut and hold the water lines to the side so you could turn the nut.
At the end of the day - once it was installed, we love it.

Saves multiple on-off handle motions with simple taps yet does not turn water on-off when grasping faucet. Smart engineering and design! Easy to install. Good installation booklet and videos. Most difficult part was removing my old faucet. The wrench supplied did not fit the nut that held my old faucet to the sink. I needed a basin wrench but made do with pliers.

Works great for first month
We had ordered this for our kitchen remodel. Once it was installed, it worked great for one month. After that, the touch function has been acting up and after 4 battery changes, we are wishing we never picked this faucet. It takes many tries to get the faucet to work. It turns on and off one its own when using it. The finish and look are great, but Delta needs to have a more solid testing phase when trying to introduce new functions into the market. Buy at your own risk.

This represents the second pair of these faucets
We remodeled our former home's kitchen and laundry area and installed the Addisons Touch 2O faucets and were so pleased that when we moved to AZ, we purchased two more to install in our new kitchen countertop and laundry as well. In our opinion, Delta products can not be beaten. Their service after the sale is superior. In four houses over the years, we have never considered any other product.

Beautiful faucet but splashes EVERYWHERE
Despite having some install/grounding issues that made the tap turn on and off all by itself (which were remidied by a plumber), I am still not sold on the design of the faucet itself. The "High-arc" spout makes water splash everywhere when you rinse hands, dishes, etc. It works fine when filling up a sink but for the constant wiping up after every use I would not recommend this product in its current design.

LOVE LOVE LOVE This Faucet
The convenience of the touch technology is beyond words! Once you get this technology you'll never go back.
I was a tad hesitant to spend the extra money for this faucet, but I'm now convinced that water/sewage savings will soon outstrip the extra upfront cash and using it is a DREAM come true.
