Worked fine at first, then thought the batteries needed replacing, it has been all downhill from there. Inconsistent functionality, the Touch2O rarely works properly, usually no water flow when turned on, have to pull the faucet head in and out to get the water to flow, sometimes cycles rapidly on and off, cannot leave in touch mode because will turn on and off on its own, very difficult to regulate the temperature, etc etc... Was installed by a plumber. Would never recommend the touch feature and have told others not to purchase. A faucet should not be so difficult to install/use this is why I feel the overall design is poor.

Very pleased with the look and function of the Addison Touch kitchen faucet and matching soap dispenser. Everything about this faucet is effortless. The spray/stream buttons are easy to use. I liked that the spout itself is so large - you can grab and hold it without getting your hand in the way of the water stream. Many other spouts did not feel as comfortable in my hand because they were just too small. The Touch function is great and reliable. I also like that the handle sits higher than most other faucets, so it doesn't appear to 'crowd' the soap dispenser next to it. This faucet is eye candy on my large kitchen island.

We bought and installed this about a year ago. For the first several months it worked perfectly...then the issues. Coming on by itself, not coming on when tapped, etc. Very disappointed with this product. We researched faucets forever and were convinced we made the right choice. After saving for twol years to re-do our kitchen and splurging for the touch control, I feel foolish and wish I stayed with a traditional faucet. As a military family, we've moved a lot and completed many renovations over the years and we've always used Delta products (faucets, etc) and this is the by far the worst experience we've had.

I purchased this faucet one year ago and had great luck for the first 6 months. I have done the troubleshooting suggestions to no avail. I wish I had read all of these reviews before purchasing.
The touch feature of the faucet worked beautifully then began to act up, sporadically turning on and off, turning on when no one is near it, won't turn on at all when touched, etc.
The red low battery indicator light has never come on, but I have changed the batteries several times hoping that may help. At this point I have simply taken the batteries out to save my frustration.
I love the look of the faucet, but this was a very expensive faucet to simply work as a "normal" faucet.

Faucet works great. The one we replaced would either be hot or cold. Difficult to get warm. This one is very easy to adjust and holds the temp well. The finish is good and it doesn't show fingerprints or water marks.
Cons: Would like a plug in adapter for power. Also, the battery pack should be designed so it is easy to mount on the inside of the cabinet.
Cons: The mounting system could be a little easier. Found it difficult to be in contorted position under the counter so I could use 2 hands to hold up the plastic mounting plate, turn the hold down nut and hold the water lines to the side so you could turn the nut.
At the end of the day - once it was installed, we love it.

Similar to the lmc14 review of Oct 20, 2014. Doesn't stay on until touched/tapped again, has turned on and off ( few secs) when no one has touched it, the grab function only works occasionally. Whether grab/touch/tap may run 5 to 15 secs and then shuts off. To fill a pan we need to repeatedly tap each time it shuts off until we reach the amount of water needed. We have all Delta products in our home and always have. This was a large purchase for us, and we feel very disappointed for the price we paid plus the cost of the plumber to install it professionally. Would be worth both if it worked as it should.

The Delta Touch activated faucet featuring Touch2O Technology is fantastic, The quality is excellent, Design is outstanding, The Temp sense lets me know when the water is warm to hot. Its a very smart product. I really like the option to purchase an AC adaptor to forgo the batteries. The pull down spray wand works great, It retracts right back in place every time. The faucet shuts itself off after a few minutes which I like. The water pressure is much better than my previous faucet. I love the two stream feature, and the warranty can't be beat. Excellent product, I would highly recommend.

The faucet is beautiful. The "touch" feature is just a bother. I never use it. I just use the faucet by turning on the water the usual way, however when I do that, the water keeps turning off. I paid a lot of extra money for this feature as it sounded like a good idea. I'm taking out the batteries and will just use the faucet without the "touch" feature. So - I would buy a Delta faucet again, just not with the gimmick of "touch". I have other Delta faucets in my house that have been there for 15 years and are still in great condition.
It was very difficult to install.
