I have two Touch20 faucets installed in my home. One that I installed two or three years ago in the main kitchen and this one that I installed in our mother-in-laws apartment. It is unbelievably convenient, especially if you have dirty hands. Just touch the spigot with your arm and the water is on, or off. If you want to call it a downside its that one becomes so used to the way it operates it soon becomes second nature. Touching it to turn the water on or off. It's really comical, my wife and I watching one another when in someone else's home. Touching, sometimes slapping, their faucet several times to turn the water on before realizing it's not a Touch faucet. I don't believe anyone would go back to the old style faucet after using a Touch20 faucet. We've never had a problem with the Touch20 faucet installed in the main kitchen. This one however developed a wee (not even annoying) drip about a month after I installed it. I only bring this up to tell how quickly Delta responded. I called Delta and within two or three days I had a new control box in hand. It took me about five minutes to install the new one. They are a little expensive but I think I'm going to install them on my laundry sinks as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by jmc14 Good in theory but not in reality. Overall poor design....
Worked fine at first, then thought the batteries needed replacing, it has been all downhill from there. Inconsistent functionality, the Touch2O rarely works properly, usually no water flow when turned on, have to pull the faucet head in and out to get the water to flow, sometimes cycles rapidly on and off, cannot leave in touch mode because will turn on and off on its own, very difficult to regulate the temperature, etc etc... Was installed by a plumber. Would never recommend the touch feature and have told others not to purchase. A faucet should not be so difficult to install/use this is why I feel the overall design is poor.

We bought and installed this about a year ago. For the first several months it worked perfectly...then the issues. Coming on by itself, not coming on when tapped, etc. Very disappointed with this product. We researched faucets forever and were convinced we made the right choice. After saving for twol years to re-do our kitchen and splurging for the touch control, I feel foolish and wish I stayed with a traditional faucet. As a military family, we've moved a lot and completed many renovations over the years and we've always used Delta products (faucets, etc) and this is the by far the worst experience we've had.

Rated 4 out of 5 by bunny420 Beautiful faucet, "touch" is a bothersome gimmick.
The faucet is beautiful. The "touch" feature is just a bother. I never use it. I just use the faucet by turning on the water the usual way, however when I do that, the water keeps turning off. I paid a lot of extra money for this feature as it sounded like a good idea. I'm taking out the batteries and will just use the faucet without the "touch" feature. So - I would buy a Delta faucet again, just not with the gimmick of "touch". I have other Delta faucets in my house that have been there for 15 years and are still in great condition.
It was very difficult to install.

Installed a new unit in a customers home and the touch did not work at all. Got a replacement unit and my client is now reporting that it turns off and on by itself and even turns on sporadically when they open the dishwasher. At a point, a poorly engineered product actually ends up costing a contractor an operating loss and that is the situation we have here. I have another client who ordered one for installation in the next few weeks and we are going to recommend they return it or hire someone else to install and endure the headaches.

Rated 4 out of 5 by bikerbob60 Replacement Install
We just installed this faucet and so far are quite pleased with the finish, quality and performance. However, I would like to see an option or accessory that offers a transformer/rechargable battery pack as a replacement for the standard battery pack, as the cable on the pack is too short and I have to get on my knees to access it under the sink. With an optional transformer/rechargable battery pack I would not have to be concerned about having spare batteries and would have a battery backup if the power fails.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Barb this was a replacement
This Delta faucet replaces a 26-year old (guaranteed for life) Franke faucet that is no longer being made. Delta was my first choice when looking for a new faucet. Taking into account this faucet will last at least as many years, the Touch feature was one of the deciding factors for picking this faucet. The instructions were easy to follow and no additional trips to Lowes were needed. (Plumbing projects usually send my husband "round the bend"!) It's not quite a month since it has been installed and neither of us have any complaints.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Shanonew Expensive faucet for such random functionality
I purchased this faucet one year ago and had great luck for the first 6 months. I have done the troubleshooting suggestions to no avail. I wish I had read all of these reviews before purchasing.
The touch feature of the faucet worked beautifully then began to act up, sporadically turning on and off, turning on when no one is near it, won't turn on at all when touched, etc.
The red low battery indicator light has never come on, but I have changed the batteries several times hoping that may help. At this point I have simply taken the batteries out to save my frustration.
I love the look of the faucet, but this was a very expensive faucet to simply work as a "normal" faucet.
