Addison Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O® Technology 4.4 5 18 18
Beautiful faucet, "touch" is a bothersome gimmick. The faucet is beautiful. The "touch" feature is just a bother. I never use it. I just use the faucet by turning on the water the usual way, however when I do that, the water keeps turning off. I paid a lot of extra money for this feature as it sounded like a good idea. I'm taking out the batteries and will just use the faucet without the "touch" feature. So - I would buy a Delta faucet again, just not with the gimmick of "touch". I have other Delta faucets in my house that have been there for 15 years and are still in great condition. It was very difficult to install. November 11, 2012
One year in use I'm on my third set of batteries. When the batteries fail the faucet stops working. The LED has never worked. The main problem is the water temperature is difficult to adjust. April 27, 2012
Replacement Install We just installed this faucet and so far are quite pleased with the finish, quality and performance. However, I would like to see an option or accessory that offers a transformer/rechargable battery pack as a replacement for the standard battery pack, as the cable on the pack is too short and I have to get on my knees to access it under the sink. With an optional transformer/rechargable battery pack I would not have to be concerned about having spare batteries and would have a battery backup if the power fails. February 25, 2013
The style and finish compliment the entire kitchen decor It's not only the style of the faucet and the ease of use with the touch activation and swivel feature, but, the eco features are a major plus. Living in the desert where water restrictions are a summer requirement you're already ahead of the game knowing that every time you use this faucet you're saving water. A feature not listed is Peace of mind, just knowing it's a Delta. January 28, 2013
Very convinient to use and keeps our counters dry. Initially we had a concern when our newly installed faucet would only turn off/on by touch when the water was hot. Delta sent us a new controller assembly that I installed this morning, the faucet has performed perfectly ever since. The faucet is very well designed and made of rugged materials. April 20, 2013
Love it, hope it's not broken! It's been a year and never had to change batteries. Having trouble with no water coming out now. Changed batteries, worked for a second, then nothing. Followed Touch 2-0 disable instructions for now. Will report back. I know we will miss the touch ability if I can't get this thing working. May 29, 2012
Good looking faucet but............ I bought this product because it's a good looking faucet offering the Touch2O® Technology. I've had this faucet for 5 months. It would be a great faucet if the Touch2O® Technology would work properly. The problem I am having is it randomly turns itself on. We leave the handle on the "on" position all the time. We turn or turn off the faucet with a simple tap on the faucet (this is the Touch2O® Technology). At times, the faucet will turn itself on when no one is in the kitchen. I thought maybe static in the air was the culprit but the Delta Support Rep I spoke to on the phone said it wasn't. With her guidance I checked the wiring connections underneath the sink. I was asked to ensure a yellow grounding wire coming from the solenoid assembly was attached correctly (see page 27 in Delta Quick Start Guide), It was. However, I did notice that the yellow wire does rub against the faucet hose and/or the steel weight assembly when the hose is pulled out of the faucet. The position of the yellow grounding wire is moved when the hose is pulled. I periodically have to look under the sink to ensure this yellow wire hasn't moved. Very inconvenient. The problem has subsided but hasn't completely gone away. We now keep the faucet handle off all the time and have to manually turn it on and off....completely voids the Touch2O® Technology I paid for. April 15, 2013
Delta Addison Great faucet! Very easy to install. Took about an hour to install including, opening the box and reading the directions before I started. The longest and hardest part was disconnecting and removing my old faucet. Directions were straight forward and very easy. If your not handy look on you tube for a video install. They go step by step. Looks great and easy to use. Love the touch 2o feature. Everyone in the family likes the look and especially my wife. Definitely worth the purchase. Just hope the touch 2o feature lasts. Battery pack and wiring harness could be better constructed. February 18, 2011

Addison Touch 20

The water just drips when you turn it on. You have to touch it twice to get it to work properly. I put new batteries in yesterday.

Answer:
Hi J Brake,

Thanks for contacting Delta Faucet. I would like to recommend a few troubleshooting steps to follow to determine the root of the low flow.

First, please check the wand for debris or build up. If there is build up or debris, please clean the wand with a 50/50 water and white vinegar solution.

If there is no debris, please run the faucet with the wand removed. If the problem is resolved, you may need a new solenoid.

If not, remove the hose and run the faucet. If the flow is resolved, you may need to replace the hose.

If not, please remove the solenoid and check the debris screen for debris. If there is debris please clean the screen.

If no debris is present, run the faucet without the solenoid. If the issue is resolved, you may need a new solenoid.

If you are still experiencing low flow, please backflush the faucet. To do this, first turn the hot water off to the faucet, remove the pex supply line and place the line in a bucket. Turn the faucet on at the handle about half way and let the water run for about 30-45 seconds. Repeat the same process with the cold side. This should be that last step that should resolve any low flow issues.

If you continue to experience any issues, please contact Delta Faucet's Warranty Line (1-800-345-3358). Thanks!

why is our handle not staying on?

We have had this installed for maybe 3 weeks and the handle has seemed to fall off and we don't know how to get it to stay back in , it fits back in fine, but it doesn't stay tightly it feels loose and can pull right back off.

Faucet has a mind of its own

We put in new countertops, sink and Addison faucet in our kitchen 12/12. I really want to love this faucet but it has a mind of its own. ~75% of the time it works as expected, the rest of the time it does not work properly.

Sometimes it turns on by itself; sometimes it turns off by itself after 30 secs or so. Sometimes it won't turn on when touched; sometimes it won't turn off when touched. This was installed by a professional plumber who said he has one in his home so he was familiar with the installation. Fresh batteries have been installed (shouldn't be needed in less than 2 months time I would hope).

We would appreciate any advice you can share.

Frustated!

What is my skill level with this product? I'm new to this product but have been using faucets successfully for >60 years! :)

Thank you for your question. I apologize for the issue that you are experiencing. There could be several reasons why this is happening. There is an isolation plate that may or may not have been installed. Also, there cannot be any wires crossed or touching any thing metal. Lastly, the battery pack needs to be stored on the floor of the cabinet.

If all these things are in place, it may need parts replaced. To ensure the proper part is identified for repair, please contact our toll-free Home Owner/Warranty department at 800-345-3358.

Answer:
Thank you for your quesiton. Delta Faucet model # 9192T-DST can be used next to a filtering faucet as long as any electricity or wires that are used are not near the faucet. They could set the faucet in motion if they come in contact with each other without you touching the faucet.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 9192T-SS-DST is run by 6 AA batteries. When the light blinks red, it means that your batteries are getting low and need to be changed. If your light stays red and your water is off, then your valve will not work any more. If your light turns red while the water is running, the faucet will only work in a manual mode until the batteries are changed.

you may have a plugged water line....call back the person who installed it, and have him flush out the lines before he hooks up the water lines. Then have him remove the head and flush....If still no water, have him remove the cartridge to see if it is plugged up, if so have him clean it out and re-install.

Touch feature works intermittently lately.

We've had our Touch20 kitchen faucet (model 9192T-SS-DST) for about 6 months and the touch feature is not working properly. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I'll touch it to turn the water off, the water turns off and then suddently turns back on again without me touching it.
