We bought and installed this about a year ago. For the first several months it worked perfectly...then the issues. Coming on by itself, not coming on when tapped, etc. Very disappointed with this product. We researched faucets forever and were convinced we made the right choice. After saving for twol years to re-do our kitchen and splurging for the touch control, I feel foolish and wish I stayed with a traditional faucet. As a military family, we've moved a lot and completed many renovations over the years and we've always used Delta products (faucets, etc) and this is the by far the worst experience we've had.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Buildinghomes Was Good, Now Stinks
We are home builders, and when we built a new home for ourselves 2 1/2 yrs ago, I decided I wanted the Addison Touch2O in my kitchen. I bought it through our plumbing supply house, not a cheap one from a big box store. For the last 6 months, sometimes it works, sometimes not. Sometimes it turns on correctly, but then won't shut off without manually closing the lever. Sometimes the touch won't turn it off or on, it must be used in manual mode. If I knew I was going to have so many problems with a faucet I use ALL THE TIME I would have bought a different brand. Ridiculous considering what I paid for it at contractor's price. I will probably end up replacing it with a different brand very soon, that's how angry I am that it doesn't work properly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by TSMM OK product from Delta, but needs help.
I have a new construction home, and opted to put in this Detla Touch 20. First, it worked like a charm. I was very imnpressed.
After about 4 months issues started happening.
Reading the manual, the LED flashes 3 times, Ooops low Batteries. Replaced the batteries with LONG LASTING LITHIUM. Now less than 2 moths after the replacement, the faucet again is malfunctioning. I replaced the batteries yet again, and found it working OK. The next morning, no water.
No LED, no nothing. Again installed new batteries, checked all connections, still no water. I can't even turn the water on to disconnect the battery pack to get a manual only faucet.
A redesign for an override with no power might be on order.
I think that this will be replaced soon, with a non touch model.

Bought this faucet 2 months ago and had it installed by plumber. It has worked great and my husband and I were glad we spent extra money on the Touch2o technology. Now as of yesterday the faucet has a mind of its own. It keeps turning on and off by itself repeatedly. Nothing around the faucet has changed. We are very frustrated that it could go from working perfectly to completely freaking out. We are now on manual function. Delta, how are you going to back this Touch2O technology???

Rated 2 out of 5 by SpeckledCat Stopped working properly
At first the Model 9192T-DST worked well and was a great convenience during meal prep and clean up. We loved using it.
After about a year it has stopped working properly. Water flow is very restricted (slow) most of the time, and it's not as sensitive to the touch as it once was. Occasionally it runs normally, and a few times it started at a trickle and then increased to full flow while running. Replacing the batteries didn’t make any difference.
For those who complain about the faucet turning on by itself, the remedy is to keep the water shut off unless you're working in the kitchen. I learned this after my cat turned it on. I turn on the water when I first go into the kitchen, and then use the touch on-off as needed. When I'm completely finished with cooking and clean up, I just turn it off with the handle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Julesey0 Great product, no instructions
PROS: I LOVE this faucet. Definitely should be a standard feature for cooking and keeping things clean & tidy, I don't have to touch it with soiled hands! Really enjoy the convenience of just touching it with my wrist/arm or a clean finger to turn it on.
CONS: Temp control takes some getting used to, not as easy as I'd like, but no faucet with this type of handle is, in my opinion.
One of the plastic parts broke on installation by a plumber. Not sure if it was cracked, or what, but had to travel to get the part, and have the plumber come back. $$
My strongest complaint, and a big one for me, no instructions on the use of the product! I had to go online as the manual has only installation instructions. Nothing specific as to using the flow button. Still don't really understand how the high flow buttons work even after visiting the website.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Ann12 Initially excited about this product.
DO NOT BUY this faucet. I was hesitate initially to purchase this faucet after reading some of the reviews but was reassured by your Delta rep and I liked the touch feature. It has been very problematic right from the beginning. It works fine until it doesn't. It makes a clicking sound and turns off and on by itself. And at times, when I unplug the batteries, the water does not run. I will probably disable the electric feature.

Rated 2 out of 5 by cat80 Happy at first ...now not so much
Our builder installed this faucet in our new home in Oct 11. It was fine until recently when we changed the batteries. Now it turns its self on and off with no one around, sometimes it doesn't turn on at all and other times have to touch it numerous times to get it to come on. Lights no longer come on since we changed the batteries. It is still under warranty....what is the fix Delta? Think you missed the mark on this one.
