Disappointing Touch2O performance
I purchased this faucet for Kitchen renovation. Main reason we purchased was the design and the Touch2O feature. We had professional plumber installed this faucet. Touch2O feature worked great when it was installed. Unfortunately it worked only for next 4 or 5 days. (YES not even a week) Since then, touch2O works sometimes, sometimes does not work. I took the battery out to reset it, replaced the batteries etc. but no luck. very very disappointed.

Addison Touch Faucet in SS
My family and I love our new touch kitchen faucet. It's so nice, not having to turn your faucet on and off when your hands are dirty. It's so convienient and the touch feature works everytime.
I would recommend this faucet to everyone.

good product, LED function unclear, endurance unknown
I installed the faucet myself in our new remodeled kitchen.
it went fine although I had to adjust the process a couple of times. the guide that was included in the box, does not describe the function of the LED and it is not clear to the user why it is there!? I also modified the retention system from Delta and replaced it with a bungee cord that pulls the hose back into its housing. the design from Delta is great on paper, but in reality, there are other stuff under the sink and once the weight is caught in something else that might be another hose, a wire or whatever, then there is not only the problem that it does not work, but also the risk that the user may start struggling with it and try pulling it or forcing it into the body and completely jam it. My design has no weight and uses a bungee cord that is screwed to the wall of the cabinet away from all the other cords and pipes.
The system is working fine and we like it so far, I am not sure about the longevity of the electronic valve and wonder if the part can be purchased separately, once and if it fails!?! It only has a 5 year warranty.

This is an AWESOME product that everyone should have!
I have had my touch kitchen faucet installed for over eight months and it always works perfectly. I ordered on line and was very impressed when I opened the box - the pictures do not show the edged detail. I was intimidated to self install; however, I watched the online video and gave it a go and it was very easy! The directions in the box were easy to follow too. Honestly, I don't know how I lived without this touch faucet technology! I am very impressed with the quality of Delta and will remain a loyal customer. Next is the changing the bath faucets to the touch technology. Thank you Delta for making this faucet!!

This product has greater than great features.
This is an exquisite faucet. I finally found the faucet I have been looking for. I had a good faucet but it had a separate spray. I wanted a space safer. I changed that set thinking that the one I bought would have had the spray in one. I just assumed that that was the case. Come to find out that there was no spray. So I was on the hunt again for the faucet that fit my needs and bingo I saw your advertisement on tv and I was hooked. I had to find it. I did some research on the computer and I found were to buy it. It even has the sense to turn off if you leave it on too long; a water safer; who can ask for anything more. So Sweet! Thank you very much!

I love everything about this faucet!
We installed this faucet in December 2010 when our kitchen was remodelled. I love the design of the faucet, the pull-down head, the high arc of the neck, two choices for strength of the water stream, and the sprayer. The touch technology is so handy and prevents the faucet from getting full of the food we are cooking with. At this time (6/13/12), I have only changed the batteries once. I have to say I was a little surprised that when the batteries went dead, the faucet does not work at all. Our company always comments on how awesome this faucet is.

Love this faucet!
This faucet is a great addition to my remodeled kitchen. Love the style and so far works great. Had to change the batteries just once in little over a year and a half. Love the pull down w/MagnaTite dock. The only problem that I have found is that I think everyone's faucet has Touch20 Technology. They just don't work the same as mine!!! :)

Hi Kim,With the low flow being only on the hot side, it is possible that the problem is at the water shut off. Please check the pressure at the supply.
If that is not the issue, low flow on a touch faucet can be troubleshot as follows:
First, please check the wand for debris or buildup. If there is debris or buildup present, clean the wand with a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar.
If no debris is present in the wand, run the faucet without the wand, if the flow issue is resolved, you may need a new solenoid.
If the low flow is not corrected, please remove the hose and run the faucet with the hose removed. If the low flow is corrected, you may need a new hose.
If the low flow still exists, please remove the solenoid and inspect the debris screen. If debris is present, clean the screen with a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar.
If there is no debris, run the faucet with the solenoid removed. If the low flow is resolved with the solenoid removed, you may need a new solenoid.
If not, you may need to backflush the supplies.

Faucet turns on by itself

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 9192T-SSSD-DST has two spray settings and they will stay in those settings if the faucet is on or off. If you are changing the flow of the water to the higher 2.0 gpm, it will return to the normal flow of 1.5 when you turn the water off.Skill Level: Advanced

I just got my new faucet. I am so excited I was showing it to my sister in law...when I opened the faucet the watere was running fine, then when I tapped it, it stoped, but when I tapped it again nothing....nothing....and now no water has come back for 6 hours???? I cant get it to work ..I am looking at the manual but "no troubleshooting solutions"....is this going to be a problem? the faucet was pretty expensive for it not to be working.....please help me!!!

Re-check all of your connections, especially the push in ones for the hose. I had the same problem after I installed the faucet. I went back and checked each connection and sure enough the one connection for the spray was not firmly seated. Pushed connection together until 'click' was heard and LED light came on.
