Addison Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O® Technology and Soap Dispenser 3.7 5 41 41
Disappointing Touch2O performance I purchased this faucet for Kitchen renovation. Main reason we purchased was the design and the Touch2O feature. We had professional plumber installed this faucet. Touch2O feature worked great when it was installed. Unfortunately it worked only for next 4 or 5 days. (YES not even a week) Since then, touch2O works sometimes, sometimes does not work. I took the battery out to reset it, replaced the batteries etc. but no luck. very very disappointed. February 6, 2013
Works great, when it works... We over doubled our original budget in order to have the convenience of this product! We also paid a professional plumber to install (another $200) and it worked great, for a couple of months! Now, it's like it's possessed... sometimes, no one will be in the kitchen and all of a sudden it turns on, then off, then on, back off again... it'll freak out like this for minutes until someone comes in and just shuts the whole thing off. Which, kinda defeats the purpose of the touch technology. Disappointed! Great in theory, but we are really frustrated. February 11, 2014
Addison Touch Faucet in SS My family and I love our new touch kitchen faucet. It's so nice, not having to turn your faucet on and off when your hands are dirty. It's so convienient and the touch feature works everytime. I would recommend this faucet to everyone. December 13, 2012
good product, LED function unclear, endurance unknown I installed the faucet myself in our new remodeled kitchen. it went fine although I had to adjust the process a couple of times. the guide that was included in the box, does not describe the function of the LED and it is not clear to the user why it is there!? I also modified the retention system from Delta and replaced it with a bungee cord that pulls the hose back into its housing. the design from Delta is great on paper, but in reality, there are other stuff under the sink and once the weight is caught in something else that might be another hose, a wire or whatever, then there is not only the problem that it does not work, but also the risk that the user may start struggling with it and try pulling it or forcing it into the body and completely jam it. My design has no weight and uses a bungee cord that is screwed to the wall of the cabinet away from all the other cords and pipes. The system is working fine and we like it so far, I am not sure about the longevity of the electronic valve and wonder if the part can be purchased separately, once and if it fails!?! It only has a 5 year warranty. August 27, 2012
Great faucet!! This is a great faucet, Highly reccomend it. Nice and sleek June 7, 2012
Love it at first......... Now a year later this faucet is driving us crazy. The auto features works when it wants to and is frustrating. I've tried resetting the battery pack as suggested below. No indication of low battery life. The on/off lever actually shutters at times when we try to use it. If it works the flow is vey slow - sometimes. Then the next time it works???? Ready to use it as a manual as I don't want to pay to have it repaired - not at the price we paid! HELP????? April 21, 2014
Works - sometimes As long as you keep the faucet area dry, it works. ( Yeh this is for a water faucet). The moment the area around the faucet base gets some water or the area where the faucet turns gets wet, it stops working. The only way to make it work is to get a paper towel and dry the whole faucet area and wait. After about 2-3 minutes when the area dries it starts working. Good concept, not a practical faucet. August 22, 2013
Disappointed..Should have listened to other reviews We purchased this faucet a little over 3 months ago and it worked great. Now it properly works half the time. I have reset the faucet numerous times as described in a previous review. We are now forced to manually turn it off and on. We have experienced a few incidents of it turning on by itself and no one even close to the faucet. This has turned into a very expensive manual faucet. June 20, 2013

Hi Wanda, Once the faucet model 9192T-SSSD-DST is installed you will manually use the handle to set the desired water temperature and volume. Once the valve is open you can now turn the water off and on by touching the faucet.

Answer:
Hi Tony,

Installing this faucet with the handle facing forward will not technically cause any installation issues. However, the led light indicator is keyed to the spout so it would be facing the side as well as grasping the handle in the front may cause inadvertent taps to the faucet causing it to turn on.

I hope this information is helpful. Please contact our Customer Service Department is you would like any further assistance.

Space needed

How far does the hole need to be from the backsplash for clearance of the swivel lever? You stated 2 1/2 inches from the faucet. Did you mean the hole? Do you have any single hole pull down arc faucets that would fit into less than 2 1/2" away from the backsplash?

Answer:
Thank you for your question. It is recommended for all our of our faucets that the minimum space to the backsplash be 2 1/2". However, sometimes this is not possible. This is measured from the center of the spout to the backsplash. If you do not have this much space, your handle may not properly work.

Answer:
Hi LL,

I apologize that you are having problems with your Delta faucet. A safety feature of the 9192T-SD-DST would be the automatic shut off after four minutes of non touch from the faucet. There is not a way to turn this feature off. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Answer:
Hi Kim,

With the low flow being only on the hot side, it is possible that the problem is at the water shut off. Please check the pressure at the supply.

If that is not the issue, low flow on a touch faucet can be troubleshot as follows:

First, please check the wand for debris or buildup. If there is debris or buildup present, clean the wand with a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar.

If no debris is present in the wand, run the faucet without the wand, if the flow issue is resolved, you may need a new solenoid.

If the low flow is not corrected, please remove the hose and run the faucet with the hose removed. If the low flow is corrected, you may need a new hose.

If the low flow still exists, please remove the solenoid and inspect the debris screen. If debris is present, clean the screen with a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar.

If there is no debris, run the faucet with the solenoid removed. If the low flow is resolved with the solenoid removed, you may need a new solenoid.

If not, you may need to backflush the supplies.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 9192T-SSSD-DST has two spray settings and they will stay in those settings if the faucet is on or off. If you are changing the flow of the water to the higher 2.0 gpm, it will return to the normal flow of 1.5 when you turn the water off.
