We have had this Faucet for over 2 years now, and it seems to work only when it wants to. It recently stopped working totally, and not even in manual mode. Now with new fresh batteries, the LED light stays RED and never turns Blue as it should. I can turn it on by touch, and appears to work when I touch it off. However after 3-5 seconds the LED turns RED and the water comes on by itself. HELP.... we have checked all the wires and ensured they are not crossed up or against any medal parts. I have tried resetting as discussed in other review replies, but nothing helps.

Sounds like I'm having the same problem that EVERYONE else on here is. Installation was done EXACTLY as instructions where shown-- And I have installed several of this model before. Have replaced batteries twice.the faucet comes on and off, even when the faucet if off, you can hear the solenoid kicking on and off and on and off and the blue or red light coming on with it . Very frustrating-very good money was put into this faucet & these issues should not be happening anymore- this technology isnt new anymore- the bugs should have been worked out by now.

We over doubled our original budget in order to have the convenience of this product! We also paid a professional plumber to install (another $200) and it worked great, for a couple of months! Now, it's like it's possessed... sometimes, no one will be in the kitchen and all of a sudden it turns on, then off, then on, back off again... it'll freak out like this for minutes until someone comes in and just shuts the whole thing off. Which, kinda defeats the purpose of the touch technology. Disappointed! Great in theory, but we are really frustrated.

Good quality brass works and easy to install but the touch free operating mode is poorly executed. It worked for the first week and now only works after the water is hot. It is very frustrating for a unit that costs so much when it will not work as advertised. I checked out all the tricks that I found on the internet from people that have had the same issued and followed the instructing to the letter, reinstalled it three times with the same results. Not a happy camper! Too bad I gave my old one away!

We had ours professionally installed in May of this year. Supposedly, the batteries should last around 2 years-not so.
We are on our second set of batteries. Within 4 weeks, the faucet lights were blinking on/off and would respond to touch when it felt like it. We tried to disengage the touch sensor but the instructions that came with the faucet, didn't indicate how to and we were unsuccessful with trying to find it. So we are on the second set of batteries, there is constant clicking coming from the batteries/connection, and the touch sensor is once again responding when it wants to. This is a terrible faucet and we paid alot of money for it and the install. I would appreciate some input. If possible, how can I disengage the touch sensor and just use it like any other regular faucet?

Now a year later this faucet is driving us crazy. The auto features works when it wants to and is frustrating. I've tried resetting the battery pack as suggested below. No indication of low battery life. The on/off lever actually shutters at times when we try to use it. If it works the flow is vey slow - sometimes. Then the next time it works???? Ready to use it as a manual as I don't want to pay to have it repaired - not at the price we paid! HELP?????

Have had this faucet for less than 3 months. I've replaced the batteries twice in that time and STILL the faucet turns off and on by itself randomly. This is WAY too expensive of a faucet to not work within 6 weeks of installation. I'm really sad that I didn't look at the reviews before buying as it seems many have this same issue. Delta was recommended to me by our plumber as a brand to get to ensure we were getting a good product. So disappointed!!

I purchased this faucet for Kitchen renovation. Main reason we purchased was the design and the Touch2O feature. We had professional plumber installed this faucet. Touch2O feature worked great when it was installed. Unfortunately it worked only for next 4 or 5 days. (YES not even a week) Since then, touch2O works sometimes, sometimes does not work. I took the battery out to reset it, replaced the batteries etc. but no luck. very very disappointed.
