Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 193 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointing Touch2O performance I purchased this faucet for Kitchen renovation. Main reason we purchased was the design and the Touch2O feature. We had professional plumber installed this faucet. Touch2O feature worked great when it was installed. Unfortunately it worked only for next 4 or 5 days. (YES not even a week) Since then, touch2O works sometimes, sometimes does not work. I took the battery out to reset it, replaced the batteries etc. but no luck. very very disappointed. February 6, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Works great, when it works... We over doubled our original budget in order to have the convenience of this product! We also paid a professional plumber to install (another $200) and it worked great, for a couple of months! Now, it's like it's possessed... sometimes, no one will be in the kitchen and all of a sudden it turns on, then off, then on, back off again... it'll freak out like this for minutes until someone comes in and just shuts the whole thing off. Which, kinda defeats the purpose of the touch technology. Disappointed! Great in theory, but we are really frustrated. February 11, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by 2 Year Old with Mind of it's Own We have had this Faucet for over 2 years now, and it seems to work only when it wants to. It recently stopped working totally, and not even in manual mode. Now with new fresh batteries, the LED light stays RED and never turns Blue as it should. I can turn it on by touch, and appears to work when I touch it off. However after 3-5 seconds the LED turns RED and the water comes on by itself. HELP.... we have checked all the wires and ensured they are not crossed up or against any medal parts. I have tried resetting as discussed in other review replies, but nothing helps. May 16, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Possessed Faucet Sounds like I'm having the same problem that EVERYONE else on here is. Installation was done EXACTLY as instructions where shown-- And I have installed several of this model before. Have replaced batteries twice.the faucet comes on and off, even when the faucet if off, you can hear the solenoid kicking on and off and on and off and the blue or red light coming on with it . Very frustrating-very good money was put into this faucet & these issues should not be happening anymore- this technology isnt new anymore- the bugs should have been worked out by now. June 23, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by good product, LED function unclear, endurance unknown I installed the faucet myself in our new remodeled kitchen. it went fine although I had to adjust the process a couple of times. the guide that was included in the box, does not describe the function of the LED and it is not clear to the user why it is there!? I also modified the retention system from Delta and replaced it with a bungee cord that pulls the hose back into its housing. the design from Delta is great on paper, but in reality, there are other stuff under the sink and once the weight is caught in something else that might be another hose, a wire or whatever, then there is not only the problem that it does not work, but also the risk that the user may start struggling with it and try pulling it or forcing it into the body and completely jam it. My design has no weight and uses a bungee cord that is screwed to the wall of the cabinet away from all the other cords and pipes. The system is working fine and we like it so far, I am not sure about the longevity of the electronic valve and wonder if the part can be purchased separately, once and if it fails!?! It only has a 5 year warranty. August 27, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed..Should have listened to other reviews We purchased this faucet a little over 3 months ago and it worked great. Now it properly works half the time. I have reset the faucet numerous times as described in a previous review. We are now forced to manually turn it off and on. We have experienced a few incidents of it turning on by itself and no one even close to the faucet. This has turned into a very expensive manual faucet. June 20, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very finicky and not reliable I started out completely loving this faucet - the touch technology is perfect so I can turn on the faucet with the back of my hand, or a wrist, when my hands are dirty. This is especially great when working with raw meat. However, for the past 4 months, it's been nothing but trouble: * Sometimes, it won't turn on. I can hear it trying to turn on, but it just dribbles. After paying way too much for a plumber to clean out the faucet's system, it worked for about a week. * Now it won't turn on or off. I can hear it trying to turn on and off, but it just dribbles in both the on and off touch options. When turning the handle off, it at least stays off. Changing batteries did not help. * Sometimes it just turns on, by itself. This has happened 3 times in the past 4 months (at least, that we've witnessed). It has a timer to turn itself off, so that's at least nice. But having it randomly turn on is not good! I would definitely not recommend this to a friend, but I would recommend touch faucets from other brands. January 4, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor quality and performance We had ours professionally installed in May of this year. Supposedly, the batteries should last around 2 years-not so. We are on our second set of batteries. Within 4 weeks, the faucet lights were blinking on/off and would respond to touch when it felt like it. We tried to disengage the touch sensor but the instructions that came with the faucet, didn't indicate how to and we were unsuccessful with trying to find it. So we are on the second set of batteries, there is constant clicking coming from the batteries/connection, and the touch sensor is once again responding when it wants to. This is a terrible faucet and we paid alot of money for it and the install. I would appreciate some input. If possible, how can I disengage the touch sensor and just use it like any other regular faucet? June 6, 2015

Answer:
Hi hil,

Thank you for your question! The EP73954 adapter will work with models manufactured after January 1, 2015.

If the faucet was manufactured before that, the EP74852 solenoid assembly would need to be purchased and installed first. You would then be able to use the A/C adapter.

Thanks,
Jon

Hi Wildhorse, Thank you for your question. The model 751T-PN-DST is equipped with our Touch2O.xt technology. This means that the faucet operates by touch and by proximity when you place your hands near the faucet. The proximity feature can be turned off leaving only a Touch2O faucet.

Hi Delta Fan, Thank you for your question. You can place the model 538T-RB-DST in manual mode by turning the faucet on and with the water running disconnect the battery pack. If the faucet is left on in the Touch mode it will only run for 1 minute with no activity before shutting itself off.

Hi Zak, Thank you for your question. The thread pattern of the model 4380T-AR-DST is a metric M21.5 x 1-6g. We offer the RP51505 cache aerator adapter that will convert the metric threads to a standard 55/64″-27 male thread. Thanks,

Answer:
Hi Kev, Thank you for your question. The larger button on your model 9192T-AR-DST faucet toggles the water between the stream and spray settings. The smaller button boosts the flowrate from 1.5 gpm to 2.0 gpm in the stream mode.

Hi Digitron6, Thank you for your question. We offer 2 styles of beverage faucets. The model 1914-CZ-DST which has a traditional style and the 1977-CZ-DST which has a transitional design. Neither are an exact match for the Trinsic model 9159T-CZ-DST.

What would cause a drop in water presssure on hot side only?

We have noticed a recent drop (50%) in pressure on the hot side. We pulled the connector to the cut-off and did not find any sediment particles clogging at that point. Are there any other internal filters to clean besides at the sprayer head?

Love the faucet, just a little irritated at the super low flow.

Answer:
Hi Del, We are sorry that you are experiencing a problem with your model 9192T-RB-DST faucet. There is a debris screen in the solenoid valve that can be removed and cleaned. I have attached the a picture below that shows this process. Since the drop in pressure is only affecting the hot water you will want to verify that the 2 check valves supplied with the faucet are attached to your supply stops/shut off valves. You may also pull the RP50587 valve assembly/cartridge and make sure that it is clean and free from debris.
Thanks,
Dave
