Addison Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O® Technology and Soap Dispenser
This is an AWESOME product that everyone should have!
I have had my touch kitchen faucet installed for over eight months and it always works perfectly. I ordered on line and was very impressed when I opened the box - the pictures do not show the edged detail. I was intimidated to self install; however, I watched the online video and gave it a go and it was very easy! The directions in the box were easy to follow too. Honestly, I don't know how I lived without this touch faucet technology! I am very impressed with the quality of Delta and will remain a loyal customer. Next is the changing the bath faucets to the touch technology. Thank you Delta for making this faucet!!

This product has greater than great features.
This is an exquisite faucet. I finally found the faucet I have been looking for. I had a good faucet but it had a separate spray. I wanted a space safer. I changed that set thinking that the one I bought would have had the spray in one. I just assumed that that was the case. Come to find out that there was no spray. So I was on the hunt again for the faucet that fit my needs and bingo I saw your advertisement on tv and I was hooked. I had to find it. I did some research on the computer and I found were to buy it. It even has the sense to turn off if you leave it on too long; a water safer; who can ask for anything more. So Sweet! Thank you very much!

Would not recommend
We purchased this faucet with high hopes a couple months ago, but I don't like it. As I wash dishes, the faucet turns off after a couple minutes. I have to take my gloves off to turn it back on. The faucet will run another minute or so and then turn off again. Rinse and repeat. Washing dishes has become an aggravation with this faucet. In addition, the touch feature is very inconsistent. The only positive thing I can say about it is that it's pretty. I'm not sure what Delta's policy is regarding exchanges, but I can't imagine using this one for the long haul.

I love everything about this faucet!
We installed this faucet in December 2010 when our kitchen was remodelled. I love the design of the faucet, the pull-down head, the high arc of the neck, two choices for strength of the water stream, and the sprayer. The touch technology is so handy and prevents the faucet from getting full of the food we are cooking with. At this time (6/13/12), I have only changed the batteries once. I have to say I was a little surprised that when the batteries went dead, the faucet does not work at all. Our company always comments on how awesome this faucet is.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
The following are the problems we are having since installing the 9192T-SSSD-DST:
Occasionally the touch works, mostly it doesn’t.
When the faucet is first turned to the on position; it goes on momentarily, then within a matter of a few seconds goes off; or stays on for 20 or so seconds and then turns off.
The water sputters (like hiccupping).
Occasionally, it doesn’t turn on at all. I have to wait and then try again, sometimes several tries before it works.
After leaving the handle in the on position once, it turned on by itself with no one even near it.
The blue light goes on and off randomly.
We followed the reset instructions in this review section, but to no avail.
It’s a great concept, if only it worked as intended.

Beautiful design, touch control feature a delight.
Like everything about the faucet, except it goes through batteries quickly. Have tried industrial grade batteries and they wore out within 3 weeks. The batteries supplied with the faucet were already weak ( faucet red light blinked from the initial installation). Currently have Duracell Coppertops in and will see how long they last. At present pace we will not be able to afford the battery cost unless we can solve the longevity problem.

Love this faucet!
This faucet is a great addition to my remodeled kitchen. Love the style and so far works great. Had to change the batteries just once in little over a year and a half. Love the pull down w/MagnaTite dock. The only problem that I have found is that I think everyone's faucet has Touch20 Technology. They just don't work the same as mine!!! :)

It came with everything you need to install it, including tools and batteries.
To be honest, I do not se why one would hire a professional to have it installed, the instructions are very simple and clear and is only a matter of 2 water lines and 2 wires. If you know how to plug your headphones in a jack you know how to install the controls for this faucet. The only difficult part was to bend the water lines. I was afraid not to kink them, but with care I was able to make a ~4 “ radius loop. Actually the lines are much less susceptible to kinking that I was afraid (but still you have to be careful and take your time). I did not like the way is recommended to leave the batteries hanging by the wire (if too short) or put them on the cabinet floor. So I used velcro to hang the battery pack on the underside of the counter top wood base, away from cabinet walls and metal surfaces (like the sink).
Works great, I am very happy with the design and operation.
The deciding factor for choosing this facet from competitors was the operation, the electric valve is upstream from the manual one, thus on the touch feature the water temperature and volume is as you adjust it from the manual controls.
Two small complaints:
1. I find it a bit difficult to get the desired water temperature, the previous faucet was more progressive, this one has a wide range of the movement cold and hot and the transition between is very narrow.
2. I wish a wall adapter option was available instead of the batteries (and I understand why). I am yet to find out how long the batteries will last, but I just don’t like the idea of batteries.
