I installed this faucet into our kitchen, which was smaller than a normal kitchen and made the whole kitchen "POP!" You are always looking for that one piece in a room that makes everything else better by having it there and in this case it is the polished silver that turns heads. It is easy to use and provides a great amount of water pressure to clean dishes or ones hands. I recommend this product to whomever comes to visit my wife and I.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Blanca1 Very disappointed
We purchased this faucet to go with a new sink we installed. We have had it 9 months. Now it doesn't work when tapped to get water and if we do have water flow it doesn't turn off when tapped. Sometimes it doesn't even turn on water when using the handle since the tapping mode doesn't work. Sometimes it just goes on when nobody is even close to it. We have replaced the batteries twice and that doesn't help. We have adjusted the solenoid but to no avail. These faucets are expensive and with the reputation that Delta has I expected more. Very frustrated with this product!

The sleek design and classical lines of the Cassidy bring both beauty and function to your kitchen. The simplified installation can be performed by the Do-It-Yourselfer and professional alike.

Love this faucet - so modern, with a larger output of water area. Good, versatile, for most all single-basin sinks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by eFrick06 Touch2O: The coolest investment in my kitchen remodel
The Touch2O faucet by Delta is the coolest investment (not to mention incredibly useful) in my recent kitchen update/remodel. The style of this faucet fits in perfectly with the rest of my décor and it is so easy to use. Never again will "chicken hands" be an issue in my kitchen!

We were so excited at the idea of this faucet. We had a fire in our home and when redesigning our kitchen, one of the things I wanted was a touch faucet. This faucet was professionally installed by a plumber. It worked for 2 or 3 weeks as described, and then everything went haywire. The touch feature works sporadically, without rhyme or reason, and it only works when touching on the base where the handle to turn on/off is---touching anywhere else on the faucet has no effect. Sometimes you turn the handle on, and have to touch it to turn it on, but sometimes you turn the handle on and touching it gets you nowhere. I've found that occasionally pulling the nozzle down jostles something enough to turn it on when needed. We are incredibly frustrated with the lack of functionality on this faucet when we paid so much money for it. I've considered trying to uninstall and reinstall it, but I doubt I would do anything better or different than a professional plumber.

Rated 1 out of 5 by joeny Not happy with very expensive Faucet. Touch feature worked great for a month. Then it started to work inconsistently. Now, mostly not working.
Worked great for a month. Then it started to work inconsistently. Then stopped working completely. Changed batteries. Had no effect. Touch feature only worked on lower portion of faucet, not upper part which is most convenient place for touch feature to be useful. Then it started working again, don't know why. Now have discovered touch feature does not work when faucet is warm from hot water. Took video of cycling back and forth between cold and hot water and working and not working by touch feature on upper portion of faucet neck that swivels from side to side…..

Rated 5 out of 5 by longmtnman Outstanding product!!
The Cassidy Touch2O faucet is the most user friendly item in our kitchen. The installation went without any issues and the faucet works exactly as described. I am amazed that the concept took so long to be made available for homeowners.
Time will tell if the solenoid valve (that works with the Touch2O to turn the water on and off) will last as well as I expect from a Delta product. The list price for the solenoid unit replacement is a King's ransom, so I'm hoping for a long product life.
Overall, our family loves the new faucet.
Great job Delta!!
