Leland Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser 4.6 5 19 19
Good faucet, the soap dispenser needs work. This is a really nice faucet. The pull-out head is a MUCH more useful than I thought it would be - great idea & works perfectly! The only reason I can't give this set a 5 out of 5 is the soap dispenser that came with it. Mine lasted 6 months before seizing up. If you like the design, Delta has this exact model without the soap dispenser. I specifically had my sink drilled for 3 holes, and I really wish I hadn't. January 28, 2013
I love my faucet!!! I searched the internet for a faucet I liked and chose this one. I bought this faucet (chrome) when I upgraded my kitchen with granite countertops. I love the pull-out wand and love the high arc neck were I can wash big pots and pans. This faucet really adds a nice touch to the kitchen. June 12, 2012
I absolutely love this faucet, it is everything you could ever wish for in a faucet. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. Thank-you. I absolutely love this faucet, it is everything you could ever want in a faucet. It is quality made and beautiful also. I would highly recommend this faucet to everybody. June 17, 2013
Better than I expected I was doing a complete kitchen remodel and wanted the perfect faucet. I shopped every home center and wholesale plumbing supply place and looked at the features and benefits of every faucet out there. I really liked the look of the Leland Delta faucet. I liked the height and the magnetic feature on the pull out, But most of all, the convenience of the pull out spray. I can fill my cofffee maker and reach all parts of the sink easily. The smart design lessens the strain on the supply line and I know I will get years of use without the wear other brand's designs cause. The on-line price was right in line with my budget and the delivery was prompt. I really made a great choice and am planning on Delta when I start my bathroom remodel. June 25, 2010
Love it! I have absolutely loved this faucet! I'm so glad we took our time and shopped around before purchasing this one, because now I know we made the right choice! From a trustworthy brand, it's stylish, but most importantly, very convenient and handy! I know I wouldn't have been happy with anything else. Highly recommended! June 29, 2010
Pluses and minuses I love this faucet, especially the hose operation. It works just as advertised. It also looks great! My only two negatives are that the lever to control temperature is very touchy; and the soap dispenser is difficult to fill. My overall opinion is that this is a good product. August 3, 2010
Great Faucet This Delta faucet with the rubbed bronze finish looks great in our remodeled kitchen. I installed it myself with no problems. We love the tall faucet and the two spray settings. June 21, 2010
Delta Faucet 978-SD-DST Leland Diamond Pull-Out Sp I love this faucet.... the button that allows me to switch from spray to stream works like a charm when cleaning the sink, vegs, etc.... I would buy another one... June 30, 2010

Soap dispenser leaks from the spout. How can I fix this?

I did not install this faucet, it was in place when I bought my apartment but looks fairly new and the faucet works like a charm! However the soap dispenser needs to be pumped 4-5 times for soap to come out (the bottle is full of soap) and then after dispensing, it slowly leaks onto the sink. How can this be fixed? Thank you!

Answer:
Hi Marin, We are sorry that you are experiencing a problem with your soap dispenser. It sounds like the pump assembly is not working properly. Unfortunately the pump assembly is not available as a separate item. The entire RP50813 soap dispenser will need to be replaced.
Thanks,
Dave

Answer:
Hi Bosco, Thank you for your question. There is a slight difference in the finishes of Artic Stainless and Stainless Steel. Artic Stainless more closely resembles the stainless steel appliances that are available for the kitchens in todays markets. It has a bluish tint to it.

Stainless Steel has a golder tone to it and more closely matches finishes in the bathroom.

Dave

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 978-SSSD-DST has a flow rate of 1.8 gpm at 60 psi. This is the flow rate that adheres to the regulations. We do not recommend trying to increase the water flow.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 978-SSSD-DST contains a soap dispenser that cannot be separated into parts for purchase. If you need to replace the bottle, you will need to replace the whole soap dispenser with model # RP50813SS.

the soap dispenser is a top load - you need to wait before putting the dispenser back on in order to allow air bubbles to surface
