Leland Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser 4.4 5 9 9
Faucet is great. Soap dispenser is terrible! I love the way this looks and feels. But, the soap dispenser started sticking a little bit, then a lot, and now is completely jammed. This is less than 2 years old! I expected way more from Delta. Very frustrated. I tried to take it apart, but the spring is contained in the plastic (yes, plastic - that's probably the problem!) tube. Now, I have to order an entirely new soap dispenser. July 7, 2014
best ever This faucet by far exceeds the industry standards,,,Delta has raised the bar to a whole new level with the DST cartridge,,,,Every other faucet manufacturer is trying to play catch up now....Best faucet I've ever owned...last faucet I'll ever need to purchase....Thanks Delta June 13, 2012
Good not Great Concept of the faucet and functionality are all great, but some of the material used in the build of this faucet feel very cheap. For the price I paid for this faucet, feeling a little cheated and cannot recommend this particular faucet to friends for this price. April 13, 2014
The pull handle is useful and this is a great sink. Great sink after a view years started to have a dripping issue but delta sent me the repair parts and it was simple to fix myself. Extremely happy with this product and all of the delta faucets that I have in the house. June 18, 2013
great faucet we bought this faucet for a kitchen remodel 5 years ago - very easy to use, looks great, goes extremely well with a lava cast kitchen sink. July 21, 2012
Good faucet, the soap dispenser needs work. This is a really nice faucet. The pull-out head is a MUCH more useful than I thought it would be - great idea & works perfectly! The only reason I can't give this set a 5 out of 5 is the soap dispenser that came with it. Mine lasted 6 months before seizing up. If you like the design, Delta has this exact model without the soap dispenser. I specifically had my sink drilled for 3 holes, and I really wish I hadn't. January 28, 2013
I love my faucet!!! I searched the internet for a faucet I liked and chose this one. I bought this faucet (chrome) when I upgraded my kitchen with granite countertops. I love the pull-out wand and love the high arc neck were I can wash big pots and pans. This faucet really adds a nice touch to the kitchen. June 12, 2012
Back-in-the-Day Quality with Modern Features This kitchen faucet is well-constructed; not plastic like many other brands. The pull-down sprayer, a very useful feature, is held in place magnetically. The design and color (Venetian Bronze) are ultra-modern and very fashionable. March 25, 2013

Answer:
Hi Bosco, Thank you for your question. There is a slight difference in the finishes of Artic Stainless and Stainless Steel. Artic Stainless more closely resembles the stainless steel appliances that are available for the kitchens in todays markets. It has a bluish tint to it.

Stainless Steel has a golder tone to it and more closely matches finishes in the bathroom.

Dave

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 978-SSSD-DST has a flow rate of 1.8 gpm at 60 psi. This is the flow rate that adheres to the regulations. We do not recommend trying to increase the water flow.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 978-SSSD-DST contains a soap dispenser that cannot be separated into parts for purchase. If you need to replace the bottle, you will need to replace the whole soap dispenser with model # RP50813SS.

the soap dispenser is a top load - you need to wait before putting the dispenser back on in order to allow air bubbles to surface
