Rated 4 out of 5 by DDDD Looks great, works ok
This faucet is gorgeous and beautiful and I love it even though the touch feature is picky, moody and iffy. The handle works by touch about 90% of the time. The spout worked at about 70% for a week and now is about a 5%. I don't use the feature much anymore since it doesn't work very well. Sometimes the water just turns off. it turned off when I walked away for a second but then sometimes it turns off when I am standing right there. Is there a motion sensor somewhere? I just can't figure it out. I love this faucet even though the touch doesn't work very well. The temp light indicator is cool. Price is outrageous at $700, especially for one that doesn't work well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Stacie4 Great product both in looks and functionality
This is a great faucet, and completes the look to my kitchen. It's the 2nd Delta pull-down faucet we've had and I love the functionality. The touch design is great, and I love it when my hands are a mess as I don't have to touch the lever.
The only thing I think Delta could do to help this design would be to turn the spray option off when the water is shut off. Sometimes I have something very close to the spout when I turn the water on, and when its left in the spray mode it sprays all over.

Rated 5 out of 5 by QTpye907 Best kitchen faucet ever!
I hated my old kitchen faucet - leaky and not high enough to get big pots under it when cleaning. This high neck, touch design is absolutely a home chef's dream. I am very pleased with the look of the Venetian Bronze - very modern and elegant. Way to go Delta!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Mark1234 Touch faucet sputtering
We have a Delta Touch Faucet in our kitchen. Have been very happy with it up until recently when it started sputtering. I tried changing to new batteries thinking the solenoid might not have enough power but that did not solve the issue. Most of the time when turned on it has intermittent/sputtering flow with high frequency pulsation. Fairly high mineral content in the water here in Austin, but this has only been installed for 1.5 years. No other faucets in the house show this issue. What can I do to correct the issue?

Rated 1 out of 5 by MikePM When touch feature is used the faucet dribbles water continuously.
Worked great for first two weeks then had a slow dribble on cold water when using the touch feature to turn off. Now it does not dribble, there is a contany low flow of water so we cannot use the touch feature. Disappointed but hoping to fix before replacing.

Rated 2 out of 5 Doesn't work properly
I bought this last month as part of a total kitchen remodel. I chose Delta for a bathroom remodel last year and have been very happy with those products. However, this one has glitches. It turns off while in use; doesn't always turn back on when I use the touch feature and sometimes the touch feature just doesn't work at all.

Rated 2 out of 5 by disappointed1 Worst fears have come true
We installed this faucet in Dec. 2009. Other than needing to change the battery after 2 years have not had any problem, but now the solenoid stopped working. We've done everything the owners manual says to do and still no working faucet. Can't even get it to convert to manual mode. Now I don't have water in my kitchen. Local stores, including big name home improvement stores, DO NOT carry parts. When the solenoid stops working, it doesn't even respond to the manual override steps. We had a good 2.5 years but for the price we paid, we expected longer duration for the solenoid. If Delta can't satisfactorilly help us fix this, it's back to old fashioned manual faucets again. I guess it was too good to be true. Great when it works, but a disaster when it doesn't.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Illinois8463 Touch2O® Technology seems to have issues
I just installed this product yesterday (9/24/2013). It does work but not exactly as advertised e.g. "..Turns on and off with just a touch anywhere on the spout or handle". Turning the faucet off or on is inconsistent at best. The spout does not seem to be sensitive enough to the touch to operate reliably however, the handle is somewhat better.
I thought it might be low batteries but I get a blue light which I believe indicates the power level is adequate. I also practiced the "tap" rather than the "grasp" touch but again inconsistent. Some parts of the spout do not activate the solenoid at all.
Is there a way to increase the sensitivity?
I would appreciate any assistance you could provide.
