Rated 4 out of 5 by MikeStL After Owning the Faucet for a Year, the Faucet Drips
I love the looks and the function of my Allora faucet. However it is very aggravating that you have to place the handle in a very specific location to stop the drip when you turn the water off. I see from the reviews that this is a very common problem. In some of the reviews the technician has responded with an email offer to follow up on a solution to the problem. I would like to solve the problem. I am going to first try the tightening of the handle set screw.
What worked for the others that have this persistent drip.

Rated 3 out of 5 by PapaDeej I like this faucet. Has worked great with no leaks. Starting to wear out and durability is a concern.
We have really liked this faucet and it looks great in our kitchen. I am concerned now because the spout has started loosening...appears to be a worn out bushing. Also the sprayer no longer stays seated. Looks like the Magna Tite bushings that hold sprayer in place are worn and have started to crumble apart. I expected we would get much more life out of this faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Joe22 Sleek design and a diy'ers dream to install.
By far the easiest faucet I've ever installed, step by step instructions are so easy to follow, it's completely fool proof. The weighted pull out sprayer retracts back into the faucet flawlessly and with little effort. And the magnetic sprayer head stays put. I've purchased other name brand faucets in the past and they don't come close to the quality of a Delta.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Scoop A tip for folks who've had this faucet for more than a year
Some reviewers have commented that after a year or so, the Allora handle has to be positioned just right to shut the water off completely. Do this test. If you can jiggle the handle slightly and it seems to wobble, it's likely that the setscrew that secures the handle to the cartridge stem is working loose. It just needs to be tightened. See the parts diagram PDF file at
There's no need to turn off the water valves supplying your faucet to fix this. First, plug any sink drains so you don't lose any small parts. Then, on the lever handle, use a sharp knife point to pry off the small red/blue "hot/cold button." Using the 1/8" Allen head wrench (included with the original faucet or go buy one at the hardware store), simply tighten the set screw. Check that the handle is snug as you operate it. Snap the button back on and you're done!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sangiof Nice faucet...great company
Installed faucet in 2008. Had several problems in 2014. Dripping and stuck toggle on wand. Company happily sent replacement parts which did the trick. Wife recently complained about the finish chipping and cracking (deteriorating really) at the base. I called service rep who couldn't have been more helpful. They are sending out a replacement part as we speak. In this day and age of poor customer service, I am overwhelmed by getting a human being on the line at 5pm on a Saturday with only one IVR question asked. And she was all about getting it done. Really good products. Really excellent customer service. I am redoing bathroom this winter. Will require Delta products.

Rated 4 out of 5 by dad5084 The one I got does NOT have EZ Anchor mounting assembly
Overall I'm pleased with the faucet but I ordered it in part because it is listed as one of a few faucets that uses the Delta EZ Anchor mounting assembly. Mine did NOT.
It wasn't especially difficult to install given that I needed a tool to remove my old Moen faucet and that tool helped me install the Delta.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CeliaClaire A Great Kitchen Sink Faucet
The Allora kitchen sink faucet is well designed, durable, very high quality and durable. Delta re-engineered so it can be installed only by working from the top of the sink, which is a tremendous improvement. The only under-the-sink-work needed is to connect the water lines. But Delta even improved the water tie-in by designing long flexible plastic lines that mate with the 3/8" female fittings at the shut-off valves.
The latest design faucet is much superior to the first model designed seven years ago. The MagnaTite docking now encloses the magnet in extruded plastic so it'll never rust and will last forever.
The extendable hose is very flexible and easily retracts the spray wand back into the goose neck. And the flexible hose never leaks water at the base of the swivel goose neck, which is the source of the hard to clean mineral deposits that accumulate on many other faucets. The spray wand flicks between the spray and jet patterns with one hand operation. I love it.
Way to go Delta!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Brad This faucet has a great design, has drip issue
We are having the same issue as this previous reviewer...The Faucet has a nice design and features but it is hard to close the water fully. For some reason it needs to be close on a very specific way so it does not drip. It started to do this about 2 years ago..
