Black material dispensed when at high flow

When I operate the faucet in the high flow position, there are black particles dispensed along with the water. I'm looking for suggestions to resolve this. The faucet is about 16 months old.

The sensor seems to be sporatic and doesn't seem to work sometimes.

How to increase the water pressure from this faucet?

Water pressure is considerbly lower than previous faucets and doesn't do a sufficient job of cleaning. Help?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 9992T-DST has a flow rate of 1.5 gpm at 60 psi and then also has an extra boost up to 2.0 gpm at 60 psi for high performanance. If you are not getting this flow rate, then please contact our warranty line at 800-345-3358.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 9992T-RB-DST is not a double handle self closing regulating faucet. If you do have a two-handle, push-down slow-close faucet, then the way to change the duration of the flow is to turn off the water supply. When the water is off, take off the handles, and adjust the top nut either counter-clockwise or clockwise depending on whether you want to increase or decrease the flow.

What is the difference between Addison and Ashton

I was wondering what is the difference between these two kitchen touch faucets? The addison Mod #9992T-SS-DST and the Ashton Mod # 19922T-SSD-DST? This is for the kitchen faucet.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet models 9992T-SS-DST and 19922T-SSSD-DST differ in style. The spray heads are slightly different and the handles are slightly different. Also the 19922T-SSSD-DST includes a soap dispenser and the 9992T-SS-DST does not include one.

Is there any reason why a bar faucet should not be used as primary kitchen faucet?

Kitchen faucet arcs are so deep. A bar faucet would work best for my space.

Thank you for your question. As long as the holes match up and the spout reaches where you need it to reach, then there is no reason why you can't use a bar faucet as a kitchen sink faucet.

Lisa, what a great question! Delta Faucet model #9992T includes our Touch feature to activate the faucet on/off with a simple touch of the hand. Model #9992 is the same model (aesthetically) without the Touch feature. The operation to turn on/off is the traditional route of the handle.
