Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy to use I like the overall design and ease of use. The hidden quality of the pull down diverter is especially appealing. Very good and well made product. May 5, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Diverter Spout Have 63 of these in the building and hard water and rust particles do not seem to affect them. Just make sure your sweat collar depth is correct or it will ruin your day. Usually I set them at 3/8" from the wall using an FRP backing panel. If you intend to set tile in, go with 1/2 to 9/16 from the wall. On the O Ring I put some silicone grease or even a dielectric grease on it to insure no tear or scuffs occur to the O Ring as I thread on the Diverter Spout. As so far, the 63 in my building have not failed on their own, One was damaged in the 5 years they've been installed by human factors. For me, deviating from this product would be dumb... Rated 4 out of 5 by Almost Perfect (Which is what I expected) I ordered this item as a replacement of my existing tub spout. The order was processed and shipped very expeditiously; I received it within 3 business days. It was exactly what I needed (a direct replacement for what I had) and installed easily. Up to this point all was excellent; however when I tested it, it leaked a small amount of water from the spout when in showerhead flow mode. I expected a 100% flow rate for something that was brand new. Several weeks after installation, the leakage issue remains (the same as initially experienced, not better, no worse). My disappointment prevents me from giving your product a 5-star rating. April 10, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Water Saver I would definitely recommend this tub spout. I'm not wasting water anymore when I take a shower. It draws all the water up and out of the shower head --no more spraying out of the spout and just running down the drain. I'm loving it! Thank you!! February 14, 2009
Rated 5 out of 5 by Kind, Patient, and Specialized Staff. Phone technician was fantastic. He helped me find all of the products I needed and was very patient and kind. I received exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for having such specialized staff. July 9, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Solid replacement Old faucet broke after 8 years and this one perfectly replaced the old one, works great! December 11, 2009

Answer:
Hi Calvin,
Unfortunately we do not have a replacement spout in the oil rubbed bronze finish with an RP12307 adapter. We do have an alternate tub spout in Venetian Bronze which is similar that works with the RP12307 adapter. The model number is RP34357RB. http://www.deltafaucet.com/bath/det...

Answer:
Hi You have our Delta 1600 series tub/shower faucet. Unfortunately, the 1600 series has been discontinued since " 1994" and there are no current trims to fit the unit in the Stainless Steel finish. You will have to replace the entire unit and valve body behind your wall.

From my research I have found that the delta 17453 may work with the included adapter. It sounds like the adapter that comes with this is like the one that is sodered onto my existing pipe.

Does this adapter easily come off of the 17453 spout so I can just thread in the 17453 onto my existing 1" adapter?

Pull down diverter tub spout Stainless Steel

I am remodeling a bath in my house. I really like the pull down diverter. I am interested in SS finish and a Metal product. How ever while researching the SS only seems to be available in part RP17453 which is non-metallic(plastic), Do you have available a RP17454 is metal in the SS finish?

Really not looking for plastic spout. Thanks

Answer:
Hi LCW, Thank you for your question!
We do not manufacture the RP17454 pull down tub spout in the Stainless Steel finish. We do offer pull up diverter models that are metal in the Stainless finish such as the RP48718SS and RP64721SS.

Answer:
Hi Ken,

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the pipe would be too long to install this tub spout.

Some tub spout models will list "Thread into nose of spout" in the product features, such as the RP61357. However, the pipe should be 3 7/8 - 4" for these models.

Answer:
Hi Jeff,

Thank you for your question!

A majority of our tub spouts will fit the RP12307 adapter. The basic ones are the RP17453 and RP5834. Below is a link to browse our tub spouts. In order to see if it will work on our website, refer to the product features tab and make sure it says that it will thread onto 1/2" IPS nipple and that it will sweat onto 1/2" C.W.T.
