Rated 3 out of 5 by Soap dispenser Bought it to match the faucet which it does perfectly. Fuctionally though you really have to pump it to make it work. Could function better. April 11, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Threaded neck not long enough Order Delta Extension Kit, part #RP31845 to use with a counter top 1 1/4" thick. February 12, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by A statement for your sink I really love the look of this product. It's more than just functional, it has real style. February 2, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by It leaks! I am so disappointed. First time I've installed a soap dispenser. Looks great, but 2 things: 1) I would LOVE this if it didn't leak. Every time it is used, it leaks afterwards. I always have a blue streak of Dawn detergent on the side of my new white farm sink. Disappointing. 2) Needed an extender kit and it delayed installation. It was so cheap, Delta should just include it, or at least put a big warning on the box to let people know BEFORE the plumber comes. April 7, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Product matches existing faucet and performs great. This pump was purchased to replace another brand soap pump which failed. This one is sturdy and works great. I now only purchase all Delta products due to their lifetime warranty! July 13, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Just what we needed After installing granite counter tops, the holes that were drilled for the faucets in the master bath were too close to the backsplash for the levers to work to be pulled to plug the drains. So, we had new holes drilled to move the faucets to the sides of the sinks (about 10 and 2 o'clock respectively). We decided to purchase two soap dispensers from the same Victorian model as our faucets to fill up the holes that were drilled originally for the faucets (at 12 o'clock). They look great and are nice and low profile, plus they allowed us to get rid of two standing soap dispensers that were crowding the counter top. February 28, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by It Works!!! We purchased the Delta RP37039SS (Accessory): Soap Dispenser Deck Mounted to replace one that came with a Pfister Hanover faucet. The Pfister soap dispenser would not stop putting out soap for a long time after being released. It was replaced three times and each one behaved the same way. This Delta soap dispenser was the closest match we could find and it works perfectly. We cannot tell that they were not made for each other. Delta has won my heart! August 9, 2010
Rated 1 out of 5 Beware of plastic soap dispenser container There is a reason they sell replacement soap dispenser container for this. We have had it for 3 years and it worked great until tonight when the plastic broke where the container screws into the dispenser. It dropped under our sink and there is a lake of hand soap. What a mess. I am also not sure how i will be able to get the plastic unscrewed from inside the dispenser. I may have to replace the whole thing. April 19, 2014

Need for an extension

One of the reviews indicates that the reviewer needed an extension for a 1 1/4" countertop. However, an answer to another question seems to indicate that no extension is needed if the countertop is 1 1/2" or less thick. I bought the dispenser for use in a 1 1/4" countertop that will be drilled and installed shortly. Do I need an extension? Thanks. Bob

Answer:
Thank you for your question. We do not recommend drilling the holes for the Delta Faucet part # RP37039RB. However, included is the spec for the model that it is normally purchased with so you can get an idea of what it should be.

New house remodel. Purchased four Delta faucets. Kitchen faucet is from Victorian Collection. Need to provide soap dispencer dimensions to counter installers so they can cut hole in a 3cm GRANITE counter top. I find the dimensions guide for a similar Delta soap dispencer (see attached) but not the one in question.

If this dispenser will not Want to purchase a complimentary soap dispencer will not fit a 3cm granite sink, is there a way to modify it so it will fit? Do you have another dispenser that will compliment the Victorian Collection faucet?

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet part # RP37039RB has a maximum deck thickness of 1 1/2 inches. We do offer a thick deck mounting kit that you can use to add 1 inch at a time to the dispenser. That model number is Delta Faucet part # RP31845.
