I noticed that the shower head was leaking and it turns out the white plastic ring on the inside of the shower head is broken somehow. How do I go about getting this replaced. I have stainless steel and am the original owner and plan on calling the 1-800 number (thanks!) but wonder if the whole head needs to be replaced.

I bought a home recently that had just had Delta faucets installed in the remodeled bathrooms. When I turned on the shower for the first time, The top (nozzle) portion of the handheld shot off. IT appears that there is a black plastic inner pipe taht is threaded at both ends. The nozzle portion was broken off at these threads (just above the twin o-rings). I am wondering how your lifetime warranty works if I have no registration (since I just bought the home).
