Accessory to attach a standard garden hose?

After unscrewing my Delta faucet head from its quick-connect hose, I'm wondering if you offer an adaptor to connect a standard garden hose to the quick-connect nozzle?

Answer:
Hi Greg, Thank you for your question. We do not offer a garden hose adapter that will fit the RP50390 quick connect hose. Hooking up a garden hose to our pull out or pull down faucets is not recommended.
Thanks,
Dave

Answer:
Hi Bob, Thank you for your question. To remove the quick connect hose you must first remove the RP60911 clip that locks the hose onto the faucet. Once the clip is removed you should be able to pull the connection apart. I have attached a link to the owners manual for your model 470-AR-DST faucet that gives you the installation instructions and parts breakdown to help you with your repair.
Thanks,
Dave

Is this hose available in a longer length?

This faucet was just installed in my kitchen. The hose is 52". Is there a replacement hose that is about 2ft longer? If not, can I purchase the clamps on the ends, buy the hose elsewhere, and put the clamps on them? I really would like the hose to reach farther.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet kitchen faucets all have a 1.8 gpm at 60 psi flow rate except for a couple of models that have buttons to increase the flow rate temporaily to 2.2 gpm at 60 psi. The flow rate is controlled by the aerator so the size of the inlet pipe is not a factor.

Jim, thank you for your question! Delta part numbers RP50390 and RP32527 are not interchangeable. We recommend the use of Delta part number RP44647 (nylon braided hose) as and interchangeable replacement for RP32527.

Please indicate the hose material.

Is this a stainless steel hose or plastic hose with a webbed cloth sheath over it? Details and specifications are not provided online for this product, which is a feature of a faucet I may buy.

How do I remove hose (RP32527) for 470-SS faucet (installed)

Customer avatar
by
ChrisA

I have the 470-SS faucet installed and I need to remove the host (part#RP32527) so that I can tighten the base to the counter. The faucet is too loose and moves when I turn the faucet on/off. I can't figure out how to tighten it unless I remove the hose.

Also, I have the instructions for the faucet but they don't have "disassembly" instructions so I'm not sure how to disconnect this hose.

RP32527 might be RP30590 now. It's 32527 in my manual but online it shows as 30590. Thank you.

Answer:
Thank you for your post! Delta part #RP32527 is the hose assembly for our pullout faucets. We, first, recommend removing the clip that connects the hose to the supply lines (under the sink). After the clip is removed, the hose should be able to be removed by pulling it off. To tighten the base to the counter, we recommend the use of Delta part #RP11722 (nut and wrench).
