Other aerators with same thread pattern?

I need to replace the aerator on my faucet and am wondering what other aerators have the same thread pattern -- in other words, which aerators would be interchangeable with the RP50815 for my Leland faucet? thank you!

Hi leland,

Thank you for your question. The RP60983 (1.5 gpm) and RP60729 (.5 gpm) have the same M21.5 threads as the RP50815.

Hi Albert Buchwald, Thank you for your question!
You can search on our website at www.deltafaucet.com. You can use the "Where To Buy" locator on our website to find Delta dealers in your area. You can usually find or special order Delta faucets at any dealer that sells faucets. Some good places to check with are plumbing suppliers, Home Depot, Lowe's, and other hardware or home improvement centers.

You can also cut and paste the link below in your browser for online shopping.

Answer:
Hi GT, We are sorry that you are experiencing an issue with your model 19922-SD-DST faucet. We recommend removing the wand from the hose and checking the water flow out of the hose. If the flow is strong you will want to remove and clean the aerator and check the inlet end of the wand for any debris. You can soak the wand in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water to hel[p break up any mineral deposits. If flow is not strong out of the hose you will want to remove the valve assembly/cartridge and make sure that is is clean and free from debris.
Thanks,
Dave

Answer:
Hi Bob, Thank you for your question. The flow rate on the model 980T-AR-DST cannot be increased. The RP50815 is a full flow aerator and changing it will not increase the flow rate of the faucet.
Thanks,
Dave

Answer:
Hi Kris, Thank you for your question. The RP50815 is a full flow aerator. The faucets that use this aerator have other components inside the faucet that control the water flow rate. Changing the aerator to a RP53998 2.2 gpm aerator will not increase the flow rate of the faucet.
Thanks,
Dave

Hi,

The wifey likes the 2.2 GPM. Can I replace the RP50815 ( does a 1.8 GPM) with a 2.2 GPM aerator like the RP53998?

Thanks.

Answer:
Hi Tim, Thank you for your question. The thread patterns on the RP50815 and the RP53998 cache aerators are the same. You can switch to the RP53998 to increase the flowrate to 2.2 gpm.
Thanks,
Dave

What is the gpm of this aerator? 1.5? 1.8? 2.2?

Is RP50815 just the combination of RP53998 and RP52217?

Will replacing the aerator on my single handle Leland kitchen faucet with RP50815 increase the gpm flow?

Answer:
Hi Scott, Thank you for your question. The flow rate of the RP50815 aerator is 1.8 gallons per minute. The RP53998 is not the same aerator, but the RP52217 is the same wrench. The Leland kitchen faucets with the exception of the 978-WE-DST all have 1.8 gpm flow rates, if your existing aerator has mineral build up on it replacing the aerator should increase flow.
Thanks,
Dave
