I have model 467 Palo kitchen faucet. I have removed the set screw to the handle, but cannot remove the lever. What do I do next?

I watched the video, and it seems the handle should come right off, but it does not. Is there some other step I need to take?

Answer:
I solved the problem. The handle came off with a bit more effort. It was stuck due to mineral deposits. The faucet has now been repaired and stopped dripping.

Answer:
Hi Bob,

Thank you for your question. It is possilbe that you have mineral deposits built up underneath your faucet handle. We recommend soaking a towel in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and cold water. Then wrap the towel around the handle and soak overnight to allow the mixture to loosen the deposits. You should be able to lift the handle off after removing the set screw.

Thanks.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # RP70 does have a slit in the side of it that will match up to a line sticking out into the valve. The slit will slide down the line to be put in the correct position for operation.
