should faucet handle rotate more than 1/4 turn?
Thank you for your question. The handle assembly can rotate further when the rotational limit stop is adjusted to allow hotter water to flow. You will want to remove the set screw from the handle with a 1/8" allen wrench. Once the handle is removed you will be able to see the rotational limit stop on the front of the cartridge. To adjust the rotational limit stop:
1. Pull out the inner, off-white circle. It maybe quite stiff.
2. When pulled out far enough, the circle will turn. Left (counterclockwise=hotter, right (clockwise)=colder.
3.Release the circle once it's at the desired temperature.
4. Test the temperature, adjust the rotational limit stop as needed.

can i get a stainless/brushed nickel trim and handheld showerhead instead?
Pretty much the same question as previous poster Andy. My husband bought this two months ago and did the installation. Now we're finishing the bathroom project and we changed to stainless/brushed nickel fixtures. Can we buy a handle and trim plate in stainless that will screw right to this valve? Also, could we do the same with the replacing the shower head to a handheld shower head? Thank you!
Thanks for your question. You can switch this trim for any 1300 or 1400 series trim without needing to replace the valve. You can use a shower arm mounted hand shower in place of a shower head.

Accessories required to change this to a tub and shower control
We purchased this to install a new shower in our basement. We have only installed the parts that will stay inside the wall. We have not even put up cement board yet. We are now thinking we would like to have a tub/shower combo. What accessories or parts do I need to order to convert the 132900 Shower series control to a tub/shower controller?
Hi Buzz, Thank you for your question. The rough in valve for the model 132900 does not offer a tub spout port to hoook up a tub spout. You would need to purchase the 134900 to have the tub and shower functions.

Can I get an oil rubbed bronze trim for this instead?
I bought this two months ago and installed valve. Now just finishing bathroom project and we changed to oil rubbed bronze at last minute. Can I buy a handle and trim plate in oil rubbed bronze that will screw right to this valve? It doesn't even really matter the style, just the matching color I need. Thanks.
Hi Andy, Thank you for your question. It is actually less expensive to order the entire faucet trim than it would be to order the items individually. In additon to the trim plate/escutcheon and handle you will also need the trim sleeve, screws, and showerhead, arm, and flange. The T14238RB would work for your needs.

I have just completed installing this product. Quick question, I slowly turned on the cold water supply first and tested to make sure A: there were no leaks, and B: I was getting water when opening the shower valve. Both scenarios returned a successful result! I then shut off the cold water supply and turned on the hot water supply. Again I wanted to see if A: there were any leaks, and B: I was getting water with the shower valve open. Good news is there were no leaks, bad news is there is no hot water coming out of the shower head when the shower valve is opened at any point. Did I do something wrong or since the shower valve is pressure balanced, perhaps it needs both hot and cold supply turned on to allow hot water to flow? I can't test it too much as I have no shower pan installed and must catch all the water in a bucket.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Tom, Thank you for your question. You are correct that both the hot and cold water supplies must be on for the pressure balanced cartridge in your model 132900 faucet to work properly.
