Rated 3 out of 5 by from adequate product The faucet was easy to install. The pressure of the water coming out of the faucet is adequate. But could be better. I guess it is because of some kind of water saver feature. The handheld wand is difficult to remove from the shower head. It goes back into the shower head with very little effort but doesn't come out that way. It does the job but is not an outstanding product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Problem with product I have always used Delta products in my homes. I installed this in my new home. I like the shower heads, but I HATE the hand held hose. It is so stiff that it sticks out into the shower area. I thought the hose was stainless, but is a stiff plastic. I can't afford a different Delta hand held product, so I am stuck with this one. I tell all my friends "do not buy this!!!" I made a huge mistake on this one, Anne Kirkland

Most of the instructions for installing this kit and the Classic 40 shower walls and pan are not clear. Doing rough-in and shower head installation on a riser. Is there a spec distance from elbow fitting, shower arm through wall to flange?

Asked by: tripj
Hi tripj, Thank you for your question. The recommended distance from the finished wall to the stringer behind the rough-in valve is 2 3/4". We recommend securing the shower pipe so that it is straight up from the top port of the valve. While this is the recommended installation, we do not specify a depth for the shower arm elbow as the arm can be installed further forward or back as needed, depending on the length of the straight portion of the shower arm. Is there a way to adjust the shower head position other than up or down. There is a ball socket in the head put it is very stiff and we can not move it except up or down. Is there a way to loosen it? cam t be moved side to side?

Asked by: tripj
Hello tripj, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta Nura® Monitor® 14 Series Shower with In2ition® and I am happy to help you today. This shower head does contain a swivel ball and can be adjusted from left to right, although it may be stiff at first when trying to make adjustments. To loosen up the material of the shower head, please uninstall the shower head from the shower arm and soak it in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and warm water for a few hours. After installing the shower head back onto the shower arm, please flush the head out with warm water for a few minutes. Soaking and flushing the model out should allow for easier adjustments to be made. I hope this is helpful and if we can assist you with anything else going forward, please do not hesitate to give us a call at 800-345-3358. Thank you, Brandy

TRIM INSTALLATION QUESTIONS: There is a slight space all the way around the assembly at the back where it butts against the backplate. I can slide the assembly apart at the handle. I did not assemble but think problems with installation. Help?

Asked by: tripj
Hi tripj, Thank you for your question. The trim sleeve can slide forward and back depending on the installation. Please be sure that the spacer and o-ring are installed. If the sleeve is not long enough, the valve may be installed too far forward in the wall. We have a longer trim sleeve available that may help with this, part number RP22735. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP22735 Best regards, Jon

Can the water be turned to use only on the hand held device and not the stationary head?

Asked by: bergerbitts
Hello bergerbitts, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta Nura Monitor 14 Series Shower with In2ition and I am happy to help you today. To operate the hand shower alone, you will need to flip the diverter to the bottom most position, to operate the shower head and hand shower simultaneously, you will need to flip the diverter to the center position and to operate the shower head alone, you will need to flip the diverter lever located on the main shower head to the topmost position. On the hand shower wand, you will be able to divert through the various spray settings by flipping the mode selector from left to right and to pause the flow of water to a trickle, you will need to press the button on the center of the mode selector on the hand shower wand. Please feel free to give us a call if we can assist you with anything going forward at 800-345-3358. Thank you, Brandy
