Rated 1 out of 5 by from faucet to shower control not working We purchased this product when we bought our house and remodeled guest bathroom. It worked well for few months. But the rubber which stops the water from faucet and diverts to shower is not working. We can just use the faucet not the shower.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Look nice but poor quality 2 years and the cartridge already leaking water. It wouldn't shut water off completely. It was barely used too. Nice looking product but poor quality. :( Went to Lowe's and they sold me a wrong cartridge. $40 is already too much but $65 online for a part that will break every 2 years or less?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Diverter Falure I have had the tub faucet installed for under a year and the diverter has already failed!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Premature Shower Diverter Failure I am very disappointed with the fact that this tub and shower set is only three years old and the diverter in the tub spout has fallen apart, meaning we cannot take showers. It is even more disappointing that repair parts and instructions are not available and that I will have to spend over $100 dollars to replace the entire spout. Based on other reviews/comments, this seems to be a common problem with this product, so mine does not appear to be an isolated incident. There would appear to be a design issue with the product, and as such, I cannot recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Quality We have had this installed for over a year now and still very happy with this product with no issues. We were disappointed to learn that we cannot get a Roman tub faucet in this model - Celice. Due to its distinctive design are also now having trouble finding a Roman tub faucet that will complement it, hence the reason for the "Good" rating on design. We do not understand why Delta wouldn't offer the Celice model in the Roman tub style.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Avoid the nightmare The unit looks nice but the tub filler failed. 2/3rds of the water goes out the tub filler and 1/3rd comes out the shower head. I took it apart and tried to fix it. Didn't get any better. Now I have to search for another tub spout. At the stores i'm told "Sorry can't get that part."

Rated 2 out of 5 by from So disappointed! When I Purchased this product I loved it. it looks great, quality seems good. But I'm on my 3rd tub spout. The piece that you pull to change from tub to shower just doesn't hold up. I've only used the shower once since its been remodeled and have returned the spout twice. My contractor wants me to change to a different make & model but that means changing everything in the bathroom and opening the wall to remove the fixture. He said it seems when Delta sells thru Lowe's the product is a lower quality. I can't recommend this to anyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from On our 3rd Cap Assembly Cartridge....ugghhh Yes, it looks very nice; however, we are on our 3rd cartridge in less than 6 months. Not sure what the design problem is. Would not purchase this faucet again. Delta use to be nice quality....guess they too have started producing items overseas.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely Beautiful We ordered this for our master bath remodel. Our plumber said you can't go wrong with Delta quality. It looks beautiful and was much cheaper than in the box stores. The shower head provides great water flow. We got it in the Venetian Bronze and it goes very well with our other oil rubbed bronze fixtures. It also doesn't show water spots, which is a huge plus. You won't be disappointed with this faucet, the look, the quality, or the performance.

I replaced the cartridge and lost my rotational limit stop pieces. Cannot find a part number for a replacement. What is this part number so I can get one ordered?

Asked by: MOLLY
Hello Molly, Thank you for your question. The rotational limit stop on the top of the cartridge assembly (RP46074) of the Delta Celice Tub and Shower 144705-RB faucet is not separately. The limit stop is not designed or recommended to be removed. Best regards, Tanya

How to install the pull-up diverter?

The pull-up diverter on my tub faucet got jammed. I was able to take it apart, but can't figure out how to get it put it back together. Do you have installation instructions? Or am I going to have to purchase a whole new faucet?
Asked by: PB

Handle only moves 90 degrees and the water is only luke warm, is there a way to get hotter water, the other Celice we have moves about 120 degrees

Asked by: Terry
Hi Terry, Thank you for your question! Due to variations in pressure and temperature, the Rotational Limit Stop may need to be adjusted to allow hot water on a new installation. Please see our How-To Video for adjusting the RLS. https://www.deltafaucet.com/cms/render/live/en/sites/delta/home/video-gallery/video-page.html?videoId=n2_uZ7wgV1I Best regards, Jon

My shower head appears to be putting out more water than my drain can handle. I have cleaned the drains and ensured they are clear and working properly. Is there a way to get a new or replacement water reducer for the shower head?

Asked by: Christop5555
Christop5555, Thank you for your question. The shower head included with this unit is currently designed to provide a flow rate of 2.0 GPM at 80 PSI. You can measure the flow rate by running the water into a bucket for one minute and then measuring the amount of water. If it is running at the correct flow rate, you could install a Volume Control such as the U4760-PK. This will allow you to reduce the flow to the desired level. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=U4760-PK Best regards, Jon

Can a hand held shower be used with this model.

Asked by: Puzzled
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 144705-SS can have a hand held shower added to it. There are two ways to add it. One way to purchase a shower arm diverter that attaches right behind the showerhead. One model we have is 50650-SS. Another way is to install a rough-in diverter valve, R11000 with a diverter trim. We have a few diverter trims to choose from like the T11800-SS. You will also need the wall supply elbow which is 50650-SS to complete this faucet set-up.

We want to buy just the valve not the spout or the shower head

We are doing a remodelling project. We have a spout and a shower head already, we just want to buy the mixer valve with a cartridge. Can we do that, or do we have to buy the complete ensemble?
Asked by: Jeff
Thank you for your question. It is possible to get Delta Faucet model # 144705-SS without the showerhead or the tub spout. It will just need to be peiced out. We can also recommend that you take a look at the Addison series. It is sold as a valve on faucet and is very similar to the Celice. We suggest searching for the model # T14092-SS. You will need to get an R10000-UNBX for whichever way you chose. Included is a link to the parts breakdown for the 144705-SS. http://www.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/documentation/144705-ss.html?document=pd&documentIndex=0#flashWrapper
