Rated 2 out of 5 by from how does it work I bought this at Home Depot and had it installed. It works fine, but the plumber threw out the instruction manual. I have tried to find out what each button does and can I have the wand and head work at the same time. I could not find it online so I called customer service. Rachel was nice but she could not find it either. Your website leaves a lot do be desired and customer service needs help too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Combination of Big Shower Head with Hand Held Nozzle We purchased this product as part of an up-grade and renovation in our guest bathroom which my wife uses daily when we have no guests. I recently installed a touch controlled faucet in the kitchen and I was very impressed with the great customer service response to correct a minor issue with the spray nozzle . . . they sent me a complete new assembly which arrived quickly. One of the reasons I chose Delta for this new project. The installation of the valve assembly was the most difficult part but the plastic (disposable) guide was very helpful to achieve the correct alignment to the finished tile surface. I used Shark Bite pipe-thread connectors to the valve body so the copper supply pipes could slide in place easily. The plastic (disposable) cap on the the valve cartridge housing prevented splattered tile adhesive and other construction dust from contaminating the housing. A handy feature since I've never installed tub surround tiles before and I was rather messy. The innovative spray head combination was the feature my wife liked the best. She likes the large spray head, for general showering, which can be turned off to use only the hand held spray nozzle which can be removed and has a convenient pause button on the handle. The pause button doesn't stop the water flow completely but at maybe 90% she likes that she's saving water and the temperature setting is maintained. The hand held nozzle snaps in and out easily with holding tabs but I had expected a magnetic hold similar to their kitchen faucet. Maybe the handle and hose were too heavy for a reasonably sized magnet. My wife has been using the shower for a few weeks now and she's delighted with the results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like it a lot This faucet set has a nice design and the shower head provides lots of options. I large shower he'd but smaller part that can be detached for hand held use. I had a couple of issues with the install in that the screws to secure the faucet plate were too long and bumped up against the wood that it was mounted to but was easily fixed. I also got the tub spout option that you need to solder and did not like this but Delta quickly sent me a new part at secures with a screw. Might be good to list the type in the box as the only way I found out was after opening everything up. Mike

Pause Mode

Our In2ition shower head seems to be in PAUSE mode. How do I undo it
Asked by: Pat
Hi Pat, Thank you for your question! Please press the gray button in the center of the spray mode knob on the hand shower until it clicks. Please also make sure that the diverter on the side of the shower head is in the correct position to get flow from the hand shower. Best regards, Jon

My model 144938-120 has developed a slow leak. What do I need to fix this?

Asked by: Frankb
Hi, Frankb! Thank you for your question. If the 144938-I20 faucet leaks, we recommend to first flush the valve to make sure no debris maybe causing the leak. To flush, first turn the water off at the supplies, remove the handle and unscrew the bonnet nut off of the valve body. Pull the cartridge assembly straight out of the valve. Turn the water on at the shut off valve and let the water flush for 30-45 seconds. Shut off the water and reinstall all parts. If this does not fix the issue, we recommend to then replace the seats and springs, RP4993, inside of the cartridge. Best Regards, Rosanna

My Model # 144938-I20 has been working great for about 2 months but now for some reason when I turn handle to fare right the water does not turn off anymore?

Asked by: Sefty
Hi Sefty! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your 144938-I20 faucet. We recommend to flush the valve to make sure no debris is in the valve that maybe causing the leak. To flush, first turn off the water supply to the faucet. Remove the handle assembly, unscrew the bonnet ring and remove the cartridge assembly and all seals. Rinse and clean the cartridge out thoroughly. Turn both the hot and cold water back on for 10 to 15 seconds to flush out the valve body. After the allotted time, turn the water off and reinstall all of the components. Make sure that there is no debris on the cartridge assembly and seals. If this does not fix the issue, we do recommend to replace the seal kit, RP4993. Here is a link to the kit: Best Regards, Rosanna
