Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can't get full hot water Turning the single lever handle to the left does not give full hot water. I have tried everything to correct this, and nothing is working. I get about half of the hot water that I need. All of the other faucets in the home work just fine, so it's not a pressure issue or a hot water issue. It only gets about luke warm.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Water volume not adjustable We installed this fixture in a bathroom renovation project but was disappointed to find the water volume is either high or low/cold. While this is no fault of the product, it doesn't seem to be efficient if you ever want to reduce the amount of water flow in a shower or bath which I like to do during a bath or shower. Knowing the water is blasting out at such a high volume only negates my relaxing bath time, and increases my guilt for high water use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a quality faucet and shower I have just finished installation, replacing a 30yo. The installation went well and the faucet is functioning great. I especially enjoy the water balance feature. The only con I would have is the longevity or durability of the attachment of the hand held shower head to the larger shower body.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent support I bought a Lahara Monitor Bath and Shower in 2012, but I didn't install it for almost a year. During installation, I found a set screw was missing from the original packaging (or maybe I lost it). I called the Customer Services and they immediately sent me the set screw free of charge. Delta provides great customer support.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from no water Almost no water comes out of the hand held part of the shower no matter what setting I use. The fixed portion works fine. Can this be fixed?

If I want to use this as a shower only faucet can I just plug the tub spout outlet in the valve

Asked by: j
Hi J, Thank you for your question. You can use this as a shower only faucet by capping the bottom port of the valve. Best regards, Jon

What is model of the rough-in is included with this package?

What is model of the rough-in is included with this package? I am considering buying this from Home Depot. Is it a R10000-UNBX MultiChoice? I just want to make sure in the case that I will upgrade the trim to something better later on.

I just install a shower head 144938. I cannot unlock the hand shower.

Asked by: Christine
Hi Christine, Thank you for your question. There is a small tab on top of the handshower that helps hold the handshower to the fixed showerhead. The easiest way to remove the handshower is to grab the showerhead above the hose connection and pull the handshower out away from the wall and towards you. Thanks, Dave

Both at same time

Can both the shower head and the hand held aspect be used at the same time?
Asked by: Eric
Hi Eric, Thank you for your question. The In2ition showerhead that comes with the model 144938-I tub/shower faucet will allow you to use the hand held shower only, fixed showerhead only, or both at the same time. The showerhead is equipped with a diverter that allows you to select the different functions. Thanks, Dave

My shower head sprays water when only using the tub spout to fill the bath. The shower head is brandnew just installed yesterday. How do you fix this?

When the tub diverter is only; water is still spraying from the shower head. Why is this happening.
Asked by: Sam
Hi Sam, Most likely, you are experiencing "shower-rise" where the water can’t get out of the spout as fast as it flows through the valve. This causes the water to back up and come out the shower head. There can be one of several reasons for this: The valve could be upside down The length from the valve to the tub spout is outside of the 8" to 18" rule There is more than one 90-degree angle Something other than copper or galvanized pipe was used going to the spout The most common reason is that there is something restricting the water flow to the spout, e.g. solder or something lodged in the pipe. Something is impeding the flow of water to the spout and causing it to back up and go out the shower head. If this is the cause of shower-rise it is possible to remove the blockage by removing the tub spout; then, feeding a plumber’s snake or a speedometer cable up through the tub drop. The act of feeding it causes it to twirl and loosen the blockage. Be sure to flush the valve before reinstalling the tub spout. Be sure to check the tub spout itself for blockage. If none of these help, you may need to call a plumber. After the shower has been installed and the wall has been closed, there is little that can be done to remedy this situation yourself. vacuum breaker

We have been told by a city inspector that we must prove that this shower head has a vacuum breaker. Does it? And if so, where do we find this information to give to the inspector. If it doesn't have one already included, do you sell the part needed, what is the part number and cost, and where can it be purchased. Thank you
Asked by: JONES
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 144938-I does not contain a vacuum breaker, but it does contain two check valves to prevent backflow into the handheld shower. You should be able to purchase a vacuum breaker from your local retailer or wholesaler. We do not manufacture that part.

How is the water saver removed from the handheld unit?

I would like to increase the water pressure from the handheld unit by removing the buit in water saver. It appears to have 2 parts, one green and one pink. The green piece is easily removed with a pair of pliers. How is the pink piece removed?
Asked by: StevenZ
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 144939-SS-I has a showerhead with a flow rate of 2.5 gpm at 80 psi. That is the largest flow rate allowed per legislation. We do not recommend removing anything to increase the flow rate and it does void the warranty if peices are removed.

How do you adjust the water pressure on the shower head? The hot water doesn't last an entire shower because the pressure is too high.

Asked by: ld
Thank you for your question. The In2ition Two-in-One shower has a small lever knob on the back right side (if you are facing it). Delta's technology has created this two showers in one; hand shower only, showerhead only, or both! The toggle in the back can be adjusted based on your needs. And with the hand shower, a simple click will adjust the flow between the different settings.
