Rated 1 out of 5 by from Massively splashes the wall, floor all around I wish I read the reviews before I bought it. Who on earth designs a faucet without an aerator? No matter how you turn it, no matter how much/little water you run, it splashes, splashes, splashes the floor far from the wash basin, you standing at it, and the walls next to it. Beautifully designed, but over $200 wasted.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mandolin Bathroom Faucet I have 2of these faucets and I am happy with one but not happy with the other. The water splashes on one and there is hardly any water coming from the other faucet. My water pressure in the house is excellent. Something is wrong with the faucet. How can I increase the water pressure?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor design and engineering Great looking and easy install but the water stream exits the faucet at an angle which is very goofy looking. It also splashes all over the countertop. The delta customer service line suggested I try a different one which i did, same issues with the second one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This faucet is great if you are attaching it to a 2ft deep bucket My problem is I purchased this item for full price. The overall design just worked for my bathroom. After installing into my idea cabinet I noticed the water splashed everywhere. I then turned the water pressure down close to nothing and it still gives everything around it a could wash. I'm a HVAC contractor so I immediately tried to come up with different ideas. What would save this faucet is a simple insert at the end of the faucet lip. i tried to make an homemade aerator but it only helped a little

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks great but doesn't deliver I purchased this faucet to replace an international one that had no replaceable parts made or sold in U.S. I was sold on the looks but after my plumber installed it, we immediately noticed the low water flow. After just a day of using it, i noticed that the faucet was splashing outside and around the sink area and mirror. I get water marks on my pants from running it. Even after trying to increase or decrease the hot and cold water valve flow, there was no noticeable improvement. The faucet needs some sort of regulator to manage the water flow.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Product has design imperfections (see below) I am very disappointed with this product. When one uses this faucet, the entire lavatory top plus the mirror behind same is soaked with splatters. A complete "clean-up" is required. And so are the clothes one is wearing. Never had such a "messy" experience. Furthermore, once the faucet was installed, I noticed that the temperature indicators (blue/red markings) were actually on the UNDERSIDE of the faucet HANDLE - not on the faucet itself. To add insult to injury, one can barely see the markings. Were it not for the expense of having this faucet uninstalled and buying another faucet and having it installed, I would have already purchased another faucet (probably not DELTA) At the moment, the splattering is of most importance. One would think you would have made accommodations for a "diffuser" to prevent such happenings. Oh well, I suppose the old adage - "let the buyer beware" comes into play, right?

I have a Delta® Mandolin faucet and it lost a lot of water pressure. Is there an aerator or way to clean the inside?

Asked by: Steve
Hello Steve, Thank you for your question. The Delta Mandolin Lavatory 15630LF-SP faucet does not have an aerator assembly in it. If you are getting a low flow from the faucet, we would recommend removing and cleaning the filter and/or flow restrictor. Please see page 4 module 4 (Maintenance) of the below Maintenance/Installation document link. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/86366%20Rev%20B.pdf Best regards, Tanya

Is this faucet good for our vessel sink?

Vessel sink is rectangular 22"x16", has a 2" rim, and is 5" high outside with 4" deep inside. We will need to use the base plate. 1) Will this faucet be a good fit, since faucet cannot sit right next to the bowl edge? 2) Will faucet height be good? 3) Will water downflow be at a good angle? 4) Will water downflow cause splash ups? 5) Any base plate installation tips?
Asked by: Abobbi
Hi Abobbi, Thank you for your question. The model 15630LF is a regular lavatory faucet, it is not specifically designed for use with a vessel bowl. With the base plate installed combined with the rim size of the sink the faucet would extend into the sink less than 2 inches if the faucet was installed up against the sink. This model is probably not the best fit for your sink. Thanks, Dave
