Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE this shower system. I was looking for a shower system that I could adjust the heat of the water and then also the flow of the water to save water. I like a small amount while I am shaving or shampooing, and then increased water pressure when I am rinsing out the shampoo or conditioner. It really does EXACTLY what we wanted. LOVE IT!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks good, works well, warranty great These were installed in the house when we purchased it. They look nice and work well. We have had some leakage of downspouts and around the seals of the showers heads but the warranty is awesome. I simply call the 800 number and they send out new parts. Excellent!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product really looks great even after 5 years Love this product..I remodeled my spare bathroom due to having my pipes redone in house. It added so much class to the bathroom as my old ones came with the house and were all just standard. It looks great and cleans well. It really offsets the sink and matching faucets. Love he lifetime warranty

I am installing the R10000, I have existing studs in the way, can I use a 90 elbow up to the shower spout?

I would 90 out of the valve and then another 90 up, would this be ok?
Asked by: johnB
Dear JohnB, Thank you for your inquiry! Yes, two elbows can be used for installing the shower head of the Delta Victorian 17 Series Tub and Shower 1755SS-716SS faucet. This is an installation normally used when installing a ceiling mounted shower head. Best regards, Tanya

Asked by: Ron F.
Dear Ron, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Victorian Tub and Shower 1755-716 has both cartridge assembly information, based on when the faucet was manufactured/installed. The RP32104 would be in units manufactured/installed before March 2006 and the RP46463 for units manufactured/installed after March 2006. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/76653%20Rev%20B.pdf Best regards, Tanya

how do you change the water flow pattern from the shower head of model 1755rb?

product is installed but we can not change the water flow pattern from the head. the box indicates 3 pattern options. we installed 2 in the same shower.
Asked by: Chris
Dear Chris, Thank you for your question. The showerhead that comes with the Victorian 17 series Tub/Shower 1755RB-716RB model is a 3 setting showerhead. To adjust for the Full Body, Massaging, Soft Drench sprays, you would just move/rotate the lever around the edge of the showerhead. Best regards, Tanya

Does this come with the universal valve in case I want to switch out the mixer later on without having to go in through the wall? Thanks!! :)

Asked by: Sarah
Dear Sarah, Thank you for your question. The Delta Victorian tub/shower faucet 1755RB-716RB, does come with the trim and in wall valve assembly R10000-UNBX model. Any of the current Delta Tub/Shower trim kits work and fit on this same valve assembly. Best Regards, Tanya

Please describe in detail the differences in model 1755RB-716RB (sold at Lowes) and T17455-RB sold at other Delta retailers??

Asked by: Keith
Hi Keith, Thank you for your question. The faucets are the same with one exception. The 1755RB-716RB comes as a complete faucet, the T17455-RB is the trim for the faucet only. You would also have to purchase a R10000 rough in valve to make a complete faucet. Thanks, Dave

Bath mixing valves do not work properly

We bought a new house with the Victorian Monitor series in every bathroom. All work great except two of the shower mixing valves. This is a new house (not under warranty - purchased as is) and these have never worked properly. When you turn them on, they are lose and sometimes come off. Instead of turning the handle up for on and down for off, the position for on and off changes each time and one of them is almost impossible to turn on and if you get it on you may not be able to turn it off. What do we need to do to fix this? Is this just installed wrong or is it a broken part?
Asked by: Kath
Thank you for your question. Based on your information, we would recommend changing out your cartridges. Make sure you flush the lines when replacing the cartridges. The cartrdige part number is RP32104 if you have an older valve and RP46463 if you have a newer Multi-choice valve. These cartridges can be purchased at your local wholesaler or retailer.
