Delta® ShieldSpray® Technology cleans with laser-like precision while containing mess and splatter. A concentrated jet powers away stubborn messes while an innovative shield of water contains splatter and clears off the mess, so you can spend less time soaking, scrubbing and shirt swapping. Delta MagnaTite® Docking uses a powerful integrated magnet to pull your faucet spray wand precisely into place and hold it there so it stays docked when not in use. Delta faucets with DIAMOND™ Seal Technology perform like new for life with a patented design which reduces leak points, is less hassle to install and lasts twice as long as the industry standard*. Kitchen faucets with Touch-Clean® Spray Holes allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up with the touch of a finger. *Industry standard is based on ASME A112.18.1 of 500,000 cycles.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice waterflow very unhappy with Moen faucet we had very poor water flow was brand new, call company they said that the amount that is allow by Federal law. I tested it , it took 2 minutes and 10 seconds to fill 1 gallon , should fill 1.8 gallons in 1 minute. So I bought a Delta faucet water flow is great, it also is 1.8 gallons a minute, but it works.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good Looking but developed leak within 2 years This faucet was installed as part of a complete kitchen reno 2 years. We we very happy the the faucet until in developed an occasional and intermittent leak under the sink. It took some time to figure it was the faucet. Delta determined it was the cartridge and under a warranty. Now I had to wait a week for the cartridge that should have never failed in 2 years. I have been told the Home Depot and Lowes faucets are a cheaper version using inferior plastic parts. The cartridge replacement was indeed a fully plastic assembly

Rated 4 out of 5 by from INSTALLATION Just finished installing and the installation brochure is terrible. No parts lists and picture of each part. Rigid tubing for hot and cold water hard to work with. Brochure shows parts that aren't even in the box. Some parts included but I have know idea what the are for.Trying to cover numerous type of installations rather than one specifically for the faucet I bought.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works as advertised! I received the faucet as a replacement for my old delta faucet, as they did not make the replacement parts I needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Customer Service! We had to order a new wand for our Delta kitchen faucet. I called the customer service line, where I was greeted by a wonderful lady. I continued to explain my needs. She was more than helpful to identify the model of my faucet. Within minutes, she had a new wand set to be shipped to me. In finishing the call, I asked her how I was to pay for my part. She explained "Nothing! Delta has a lifetime warranty". I was pleasantly surprised. Most companies I've had to deal with are quick to wiggle out of backing their product. NOT Delta! You have a forever customer with us! Thank you for being true to your customers... Mr. Robinson

I"m using the single hole mount for my faucet and notice there is no rubber gasket, like what's included with the soap dispenser, just a foamy type gasket. am I missing something?

Asked by: 1Rog
1Rog, Thank you for your question! This is the correct gasket for a single-hole installation and will help prevent water from seeping under the base. You may also use a thin bead of silicone to help ensure a water-tight seal. Best regards, Jon

Is there a blanking plate in a stainless steel finish if we choose not to install the soap dispenser?

Asked by: Paul
Hi, Paul! Thank you for your question. The Delta 19962Z-SSSD-DST faucet does have an optional 3-hole escutcheon included. The faucet can be installed on a 1, 2, 3, or 4-hole 8" installation. Best Regards, Rosanna

Is it just preference on which side you mount the faucet handle? What is recommended?

Asked by: Kevin da man
Hi, Kevin da man! Thank you for your question. You can mount the 19962Z-SD-DST faucet handle on the left, but keep in mind if you do so, your hot and cold will be opposite. Best Regards, Rosanna

I currently have this faucet mounted with the handle on the right side but i want to re-mount it so that the handle is on the left. Is the handle able to be adjusted so that it operates like it does when its mounted on the right side?

Asked by: Glennman
Thank you for your question, Glennman. We recommend installing the faucet with the handle on the right. The handle operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on and rotating forward to increase the temperature. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the movement, so if the handle is installed on the left, it will rotate backwards Best regards, Jon
