Allen bolt stripped - need replacement
I followed the procedure to soak a towel in vinegar and water and after purchasing a strip kit was able to remove the 3/32" allen bolt but now I need a replacement. Can you give me the exact dimensions for this bolt so I can find it in a local store or online? Thank you.
Hi Ryan, Thank you for your question. The handle set screw for the model 2530CB-24CB is a #10-32 X .25 long.

My faucet is a bit corroded from a hot water handle leak. Are there any faucets for purchase even though it's discontinued?
I have a matching second faucet (dual sinks in the bathroom) along with matching shower and tub faucets and don't want to have to buy 4 new faucets because one is corroding.
Hi Erika, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we do not have any of the model 2530CB-24CB faucets available any longer. The model was discontinued in 2010.

Need replacement Body
Model 2530CB-24CB Chrome Body is eaten away due to a leak on the cold water handle from salt in the soft water system. I am unable to find the part number.
Hi Bill, Thank you for your question. The body to the model 2530CB-24CB is the main part of the faucet and is not available as a separate item. The entire faucet would need to be replaced. If you are the original purchaser of the faucet and need warranty assistance please call our toll free Homeowner/Warranty line at 1-800-345-3358.

allen wrench size
I have a bath two-handle center set faucet that is leaking. Unfortunately I cannot get the hex screw out of the handle so that I can get to the washer and spring. I checked your online video, and it says to use a ⅛" allen wrench, which is way too big for my faucet. I have tried several smaller sizes, but all seem to slip or not fit. Can you tell me what size to use? And if I can't remove these screws because they are either too corroded (only 15 years old) or stripped, what do I do?
Hi Mark, Thank you for your question. The handles on your model 2530-24 faucet should use a 3/32" allen wrench to remove the set screws. We recommend soaking a towel in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water and wrapping the towel around the handle to allow the solution to soak in and break up the mineral build up. This should make removing the set screw/handle easier. If all else fails, the set screws can be drilled out and replaced. Be careful to not damage the threads on the handle while removing the set screws.

Where are these handles?
I would like to purchase just the BRASS toned handles for this discontinued bathroom sink faucet. What is the order code and where can I find them - preferably online?
Hi Pat, Thank you for your question. The brass lever handle accents for your model 2530CB-24CB are available to be ordered. The part number is A24PB, the kit will ship 2 pieces. The A24PB can be purchased online.
