Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Bathroom Faucet I bought this faucet for my upstairs bathroom which really needed a new faucet, the delta faucet was beautiful all chrome ,2 handles , and a very elegant design, plus it had great height from the faucet tap to the sink bowl, very easy to install , took me about 20 minutes to completely finish it from opening the box to running water out of the faucet. No leaks and it came with a tool to change or clean out the aeroator. I really love this faucet I wish I had bought it sooner, I highly recommend this faucet

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Replacement We have had this product for one month. This product meet our expectations. Our only concern has been the stem is difficult to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to clean I purchased three of these faucets, one for each of my bathrooms. I decided on this particular design mainly because it is very easy to clean. Because of the high location of where the handles pivot very little if any moister will get under the handles. This was an issue with the faucets I replaced. Mold built up under the knobs and you had to remove the knobs (by removing a screw for each) to clean out the mold and slime build up. The other reason is that I like the higher location of the spout. I had one of the three had an issue with the finish. I wrote an email to Delta Customer support and they were very helpful. They immediately sent a replacement. Not just a part, they sent a whole new faucet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from not bad I have no problem with water pressure at my house's 2nd floor where this faucet is installed, although I would like to see the water jet wider. I usually do not use the drain assembly (because generally I do not like having a drain cap in the sink), in this case it would be nice if Delta can provide a grey rubber to cover the hole at the back of the faucet. I find the handles are a little bit soft (when rotating). Water stains can be seen on this SS faucet as well as on other types of faucet (satin, chrome). I don't think you can avoid that. Just wipe them with a soft humid cloth. Above issues are very minor. Overall it is a good faucet.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This product has bad handle. I installed two faucet sets in October 2015, in our condo. We were there in December 2016. Both hot handles are loose. I do not see a way to maintenance these. Please help.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cheap Plastic Drain Extension Faucet itself is great, got an awesome price at Lowes for it. The problem, like much of everything else nowadays, is the cheap plastic part for under the sink. I don't know the exact name, it is the piece between the ball rod stem and the actual drain mechanism the drops from the sink. The traditional piece has always been metal, this faucet has a cheap plastic design that stripped the screw - making the sink drain worthless. Now I'm stuck with either paying for repair parts or just ripping it out and using a basic drain stopper.

the cold water side of faucet is very stiff-how do I loosen the handle so that it operates smoothly? I do not see any set screws on this 25716LF-ECO Lorain centerset model.

Asked by: Dale
Thank you for your question, Dale! The 25716LF handles screw on and off the faucet. Hold the base of the handle assembly and turn clockwise to tighten or counter-clockwise to remove. There is a Phillips head screw that holds the lever to the base which may simply be over-tightened. If this is not the cause, the stem unit itself maybe tight. Please contact us directly if you need further assistance. Best regards, Edward

Please explain the 'Min. 2 1/2" Clearance to Back Splash Recommended' (it doesn't say "required"). My wall-mount sink measures 1.75" from the center of the spout hole to the back edge of the sink. Will this faucet fit? Thanks!

Asked by: Fred
Thank you for your question, Fred. The recommended minimum clearance from the center hole of the spout to the back splash is intended to provide adequate room between the handle movement and the wall in regards to comfort and ease of use but also to allow the lift rod to function properly. With only 1.75" from the back wall, it may be a tight fit when using the lift rod but should still work to operate your drain assembly. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns. Best regards, Edward

How can I tighten the handles, they are very loose

Asked by: Steve
the delta person told you how to tighten the escutcheon ( the part below the handle that attaches to the base sitting on the countertop.  if handles are loose ( meaning the part that twist to turn on water) unscrew the escutcheon by turning left and remove the whole assembly by pulling upward.  then look insodethe. unit and you will see a philips screw.  tighten doen the screw which holds the handle in place.
