Cleaning Flow Regulator for Delta 25724LF Waterfall Faucet
We moved into a new house a couple of months ago which has this faucet installed in the main bathroom. We recently noticed a drop in water pressure. Trying to find solutions has lead me here and I believe I need to try cleaning the flow regulator. The problem is, I can't get to it. The faucet does not give much room for me to get my hexagon wrench into the back so that I can remove the set screws. I am unsure if I'm using the proper size as I am not able to see it.
Could you provide me with a tutorial on how to get at the Flow Regulator please?
Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow. The set screw in the back can be removed by unscrewing the set screw with a 1/8" allen wrench. Slowing water flow
I just installed this faucet, and as I leave the faucet running, the water flow slowly decreases to the point where there's probably 1/4 gpm coming out. Any ideas on how to fix this? Could it be the flow regulator?
Hi Penny, We are sorry that you are experiencing a problem with your model 25724LF faucet. We would recommend removing and cleaning the flow restrictor to see if some type of debris may be causing the reduced flow. If that does not solve the issue please call our toll free Homeowners/Warranty line at 1-800-345-3358 for further assistance.
