Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this faucet! Love this faucet! Nice contemporary clean lines. The detail of the curve in the handles actually makes this faucet appear much more expensive than it is. The Spotshield technology really works. Water droplets come off easily, and even with hard water, they don't leave any residue. I've actually gotten several compliments on this faucet, which has never happened before.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't Remove the Aerator Before Closing the Drain The instructions say to remove the aerator after installation and turn on the water to flush out any debris that might clog the aerator. The instructions also have you install the drain stopper before you do that. If you don’t have the stopper in place, you might flush out and away not only debris but a washer that didn’t come out when you removed the aerator. That washer is absolutely essential! If you put the aerator back in without it, or with a washer that almost fits, it will only be a matter of time before there is a leak under the cabinet that you won’t notice before serious damage is done. If you flushed away that washer (as I foolishly did) contact Delta Customer Service. I emailed them. They responded the same day and mailed me a replacement washer the very next day. Other than that, this is an attractive, good quality faucet. It feels normal whenturning the water on and off, which is not the case with cheap faucets. It was not difficult to install, though not as easy as faucets that come with the supply hoses already attached at the faucet end.

Is there any way to clean the aerator if not where do I find a replacement I cannot find the same part

Asked by: Ryan
Hi, Ryan! Thank you for your question. The aerator for the Delta 25741LF-SP lavatory faucet can be removed and cleaned. To remove, unscrew the aerator with the aerator wrench, RP84376-1.2. Soak the aerator in a solution mix of 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution. This can be soaked for an hour or even overnight. Best Regards, Rosanna

Can you use non-staining plumbers putty vs silcone on the assembly of the Everly faucet?

Asked by: Dave
Hi, Dave! Thank you for your question! We recommend to use silicone sealant as the plumber's putty can clump up and get cake-y. Best Regards, Rosanna

Should the handle and shaft both turn when water is turned on?

Asked by: Coco
Thank you for your inquiry, Coco! The handles on the Delta Everly Lavatory 25741LF faucet are designed to turn on the base of the faucet. Please review the Parts Diagram link, below. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-L-25741LF.pdf Best regards, Tanya

Just installed the 25741LF. It is leaking underneath the sink when water gets splashed on the faucet handle. Gasket is sealed fine. Water is coming from either under the hot/cold handles or under the water spout at the base. Very frustrating.

Asked by: Matthew
Thank you for your question, Matthew! The maintenance and installation manual suggests using silicone under the gasket if your sink is uneven. We recommend applying a small uniform 1/4" round bead of sealant to address this issue. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/88260%20Rev%20A.pdf Best regards, Edward

Does the Delta Everly model 25741LF have a Tapered Thin Drain? My sink recommends it so water doesn't pool in bottom of sink.

Asked by: S Kay
Thank you for your question, S Kay! Unfortunately we do not currently offer a tapered drain assembly, however the flange and stopper included on this model should not cause pooling with proper installation. Best regards, Edward

Everly faucet 25741. Pls explain ‘minimum clearance to backsplash recommnded’. Faucet base is 2.5”, so 1.25” frm center of base to back of faucet; why must there be 2.5” clearance? Our sink is 1.75” frm center of hole to back edge. Can we use this faucet?

Asked by: Fred
Hi, Fred! Thank you for your question. The back splash clearance measurement starts at the middle of the center hole of the sink to the wall/back splash. Here is a link to the technical specifications to show the measurements for the unit: https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-L-25741LF_A.pdf Best Regards, Rosanna
