Continued problemsThis is an addition to my previous 1 star review. As the reply states, I contacted customer service. I received replacement parts in about 10 days. Today I went to put them on and the are incorrect. The plastic bonnet will not line up correctly and will make my handles now be in at a 45 degree angle instead of horizontal along the faucet plane. I think for my next project I will buy a brand other than Delta.

Leaked 2 days out of thePurchased most of the Valdosta collection at Lowes to remodel our guest bathroom. Installed this faucet with no problem. It looks great in the remodel but 2 days after it was installed it started to drip, a lot. I followed the video and tightened the nut. That solved the problem for a few days. Then it started dripping again. Not as bad as initially but it was still happening. For $150 faucet, it shouldn't start having problems 2 days out of the box.

Works With Thick Granite BacksplashIn addition to being stylish, we needed a faucet with a vertical lift rod. After trial and error, we learned that faucets with lift rods in the back wouldn’t be able to fully “lift” because of our newly installed thick granite backsplash. We installed this faucet in our master bath with double sinks and in our powder room sink. And the 3 brushed nickel faucets we installed are really spot resistant. We’re very pleased with our purchase.

Customer service greatI had an earlier review about the sink stopper. Customer service contacted me the next day and sent me replacement parts. The clips on the new ones are tighter. Thank you.

Thumbs up!Love this faucet! It makes my bathroom look elegant. And it was very easy to install and I have no plumbing experience whatsoever. I love the height and the color. Thanks Delta!

So disappointed in the sink pop up .We have always bought Delta products. Today , June 17, 2017 , my husband replaced our bathroom sink faucet with this model. Our old Delta had served us well for over 15 years. After everything was done , we did the water test. The pop up ring design is different from the old one. The new design causes a ring of water to stand around it after the water has drained. Nothing short of wiping it out with a paper towel will fix it. If the pop up was the first part of the installation we would have stopped and returned the faucet. I am contacting the company to see if they have a solution.
Hello Mark,
Thank you for your question. The Delta Valdosta Lavatory 25757LF-SP faucet can not be install without the escutcheon/base plate, it is apart of the faucet body.
Best regards,

One review stated that water sits in the sink and does not drain. Is this true?
We bought a Rila as well and are deciding between the two. I do not want standing water on either one. Recommendation between the two? Thanks.

I just bought and installed this faucet and have the same exact problem with the water sitting on top of the drain.
