Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dripped from day one Against my better judgement I decided to give Delta a try again for a remodel. From the first time I turned it on and off after installation, it dripped and is still dripping. ( I haven't gotten around to replacing the seats and springs). I previously had a Delta tub/shower faucet in my old house and had to replace the seat and springs every 2-3 months. The good thing about this sink faucet it went with the decor. Lesson learned.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Delta Flynn I bought 4 Flynn faucets. When I was prepared to install, I noticed the 2 pieces that screw on underneath was missing. There was only one box that was complete. I had to use the parts from my previous sinks to install.

What is meant by 3-hole 4" installation

Asked by: Greg64
Hi, Greg64! Thank you for your question. The 3-hole 4" installation means that the faucet will be able to be installed in a three hole sink that are 4" apart between the left and right holes. Best Regards, Rosanna

Where am I measuring for the minimum backsplash clearance? Do I need to measure at the base of the faucet or is it higher as the picture shows? My current clearance from the base to back splash is approx. 1.75 inches.

Asked by: DeWayne
Hello DeWayne, Thank you for your question. We recommend for the Delta Flynn Lavatory 25768LF-OB faucet minimum of 2 1/2" (64 mm) clearance to the back splash. Please see below Technical Specification diagram for this faucet. https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-L-25768LF_A.pdf Best regards, Tanya

"You can remove the handles by hand turning the handle bases counterclockwise." Is there are a diagram or video? The base is not moving at all---can I use a pipe wrench on the threaded part (with a towel) to get better leverage?

Asked by: Jonathan
Hello Jonathan, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have an installation video for the handles for the Delta Flynn Lavatory 25768LF-OB faucet at this time. Correct, you remove the handles by hand turning the handle base counterclockwise. This should be done by hand or we would also recommend a rubber strap wrench. We would be more than happy to help you with this. Please feel free to call, email, or message us on social. My Delta Flynn suddenly decided to leak after about 60 days of use. Everything was installed by an experienced, professional plumber and worked well until yesterday. I filed a water glass and the cold continued to flow - slowly, but it would not stop.

Asked by: Craig
Hi, I'm sorry your Delta faucet is leaking. I've reached out to you via email to assist you with resolving this issue. Please refer to the email for assistance. Best regards, Brandis

Installation went well. The problem I am having is you have to turn the handles about half way to start water flow. Both hot and cold. Is there a fix for this?

Asked by: PapaG
Thank you for your question, PapaG. It is normal for the handle to turn somewhat before water begins to flow. Please refer to page 4 of the Installation Instructions to ensure that the stem units and handles are installed correctly. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/88859%20Rev%20A.pdf Best regards, Jon

About ten years ago we bought a Delta bathroom faucet that was finished in bright brass and chrome. We would like to find faucets in a similar finish for another bathroom. Do you have any bath faucets in bright brass and chrome finish available?

Asked by: Jim Jacoby
Hi, Jim! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we no longer make faucets in the combined Chrome and Polished Brass finish. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Best Regards, Rosanna
