Rated 4 out of 5 by from This product is attractive. This product was part of a remodel of our half bath. it looks great and works correctly. It was easily installed. I would have given it all 5's except that it leaked around the aerator. After contacting customer service, the problem was that a washer had been left out of the aerator. I was sent a new aerator with the washer. The product works fine now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet Well designed, feels very solid, and works well. We went with the brushed/satin finish to match other bathroom hardware, and it's really a beautiful, contemporary faucet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product but room for improvement I like this faucet - solid, good-looking. However, the handles have a bit too much play in them in 2 ways. First, even though they are tightened, I have to turn them about a third of the way before the water starts flowing. Also, they are a bit wiggly (i.e., grasp them and they wiggle a bit horizontally).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product for the money Faucet has a very appealing style and finish. This is our second faucet of this type and both function beautifully. Installation was easy. The enclosed instructions were very clear and concise. My only wish is that it had a spot resistant finish but a quick wipe restores its beauty. Most of all I know that Delta stands behind its products and bends over backwards to help it customers out. No other manufacturer stands up to Delta's support!

What's the Correct Cartridge P/N?

I have a 25996LF and the with a stamped p/n: 413763-A the install guide gave the required replacement cartridge p/n of RP54081 There is no p/n RP54081 that I could find, only RP54801 Was this a typo in the installation guide? Thanks!

Does it require putty and/or silicone while installing?

I recently purchased 25996LF-BN to replace my 1-year-old Pfister(it works great but just does not fit my portable washer's head). Before I install, (1) the instruction says "you may need silicone", (2) I read instruction through and it does not say I need use putty. Pfister specifically says I need putty and silicone while installing, how about this 25996LF-BN model? Thanks.
Asked by: JC
Hi JC, Thank you for your question! We recommend using a bead of silicone (only) around the underside of the faucet to make a complete seal. Best regards, Brandis

How to install the, Pop up assembly

specifically the horizontal rod. when i tighten the pivot nur the rod will not move.
Asked by: david
Hi David, Thank you for your question. The nut should only be hand tight and there will be some resistance in the ball movement. It is possible to over-tighten the nut making the horizontal rob difficult to move. The horizontal rod will move easier once hooked up to the lift rod and when water is present in the drain assembly. Thanks, Dave

What is the difference between 2596LF-OB and 25996-OB?

Both look the same except one has Foundations first in the name. Also, do they both come with drains?
Asked by: jkpine
Hi JKPine, Thank you for your question. The difference between the B2596LF-OB and the 25996-OB is in the drain assemblies that come with the unit. The drain assembly that comes with the B2596LF-OB is metal, the one that comes with the 25996-OB is not. Thanks, Dave

rotational stop limit?

hello - I'm wondering if this model has a mid-temperature rotational stop to prevent scalding?
Asked by: Dawn
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 25996LF-OB does not contain a rotational limit stop like we have equipped our showers with to prevent scalding.
