Rated 1 out of 5 by from constant problem Purchased at Big Box store, have had to replace the seals at least four times, lasts about three weeks and the leaks start again. Usually buy Delta because the parts are easily obtainable but this faucet is not up to Delta standards.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Install looks great I wanted a faucet that wasn't so shallow in depth from the back of the sink bowl. But that wasn't huge either. My hands would hit the back of the bowl while washing my hands with the previous faucet. Install was easy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very low flow Takes over 5 seconds to fill you hands due to flow restriction for EPA WATER SENSE standard. I have 60 psig on my system. Do not buy this product!

Can't get pop up stem to work because of angle has to go in. Do you have to bend stem?

Asked by: Robert
Hello, Robert. Thank you for your question. We would be happy to help! The lift rod should not need to be modified to be installed. We having a minimum 2 1/2" clearance from the center of the faucet to the back splash, and the installation holes should be 1" to 1 1/2". https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-L-25996LF%20Rev%20E.pdf Best regards, Jon

Can i replace the handles with the roman style handles the one with the white porcelain?

Asked by: Robert
Thank you for your question, Robert! H2_ handles can be used with this faucet, such as the H212. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=H212 If you have a plastic stem unit, we recommend using the RP20185 retention screw with most of our lever handles. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP20185 Best regards, Jon

Delta Windermere centerset bathroom faucet. The nut that needs to be removed before the cartridge is removed is stuck! Please confirm which way to unscrew that part...and what do you recommend to free it up so we can remove it?

Asked by: Dave
Hello Dave, Thank you for your question. If your Delta Windemere Lavatory 25996LF-ECO has been installed for some time, the bonnet nuts may have seized due to mineral deposits or hard water, and no longer be removable easily. If the bonnet is stuck and you cannot unscrew it by hand, wrap it with a cloth and gently use a wrench to give you some extra leverage. Also, take care not to exert too much pressure. The bonnet nuts can be bent by too much pressure and would then need to be replaced. If the bonnet nuts are still stuck, we recommend soaking a rag in a 50/50 or stronger mixture of white vinegar and tap water. Wrap the vinegar soaked rag around the bonnet nut area and let it soak in for approximately 20 minutes in order to remove the calcium build up that may be preventing you from unscrewing the bonnet nuts. Plumber installed faucet but handles are loose. How do I fix that?

Asked by: Beee
Thank you for your question, Beee. To tighten the handles, carefully pry off the button covers on the top of the handles, then use a Phillips screw driver to tighten the screw. The buttons can typically be removed by hand. Best regards, Jon

The pull-up assembly isn't a straight rod. Why does it have curves? How is it to fit down a narrow hole?

Asked by: Jenny
Dear Jenny, Thank you for your question. The lift rod of the Delta Windemere Lavatory 25996LF-BN-ECO faucet is designed with the two bends in it because of the design of the faucet. Also, to help with the connection to the pop up assembly. Best regards, Tanya
