Is there an alternative to using the PexC supply lines
Not sure if this is the exact model since purchased at a big box store, however looks the same. This was installed yesterday into a custom, heavy OPEN metal vanity with Quartz Countertop. The supply lines hang down in sight all over the place (like looking at the back of my computer - Ugh. They are at least 3 times longer than they need to be. Can the supply lines be replaced with something a little more attractive (in like a chrome finish)?
Thank you for your question. We recommend to loop the supply lines in most installations. However, you may shorten the lines with a Custom Fit installation. Please refer to the installation manual for help with this. You can also use our decorative supply line covers, part number RP72130.

When I installed this with hot on the left the handles are turning in instead of out. I'm sure that is an easy fix. What is it?
Thank you for your inquiry! The handles on the Dryden Lavatory 3551LF-SP faucet are designed to pointed away from the faucet is turned off. The handles turn inward, towards the inside of the tub when water is running. Please see page 4 diagrams 3 and 4 for handle positions of the below Maintenance/Installation document link.

What are the handle dimensions?
Trying to find left to right measurement to determine if wide/long enough for large mans hands.
Thank you for your question, Judy. The handles are 3" from the center of the base to the end of the lever. Please click the link below to view the Technical Specifications for this faucet.
