Discontinued for a reasonWe have four of these sets - they came with the house. One of them fails about every four months. Granted we have hard water but this level of maintenance is frustrating. They're anything but washerless. All Delta did was move the washer off the stem (an easy 10 minute repair) and they now have the rubber part (seat) at the top of the supply pipe. Plus the spring is tapered so you have to get the right spring to sit ion the narrow ledge of the supply pipe then, with surgical dexterity, get the rubber seat on top of the spring. It can easily take 45 minutes to an hour for one leaky faucet. Four sets times two stems per set - I spend several weekends each year just replacing "the rubber parts." The seats are relatively easy to find a local hardware stores but good luck finding those tapered springs.
