Rated 4 out of 5 by from Take chrome over brushed steel This is a good product. My only nitpick is the flow arrestor; I would prefer regulating the flow by hand. One caution: I bought the brushed steel for another bathroom and the water stains are horrible. I am still looking for a water resistant application. Oddly, this product is more expensive than the chrome.

lift rod does not have enough movement to operate pop up

also, plastic rod bends when tightened into strap and screw how much movement is required to operate horizontal rod???
Asked by: plumber
Plumber, Thank you for your question. Based on your description, you will need to raise the horizontal rod to a higher position on the strap or raise the strap on the lift rod to eliminate any slack. Best regards, Jon

What is the hole spacing and size for a quartz top with under mount sink?

The supplier for the quartz counter top came out and did the template today. They are using an oval undermount sink on a quartz top. What is the hole spacing and hole size that needs to be drilled in the top?
Asked by: Bill
Hi Bill, Thank you for your question. This faucet requires 3 holes on 4" to 16" center. The holes should be 1 1/16" to 1 1/2". Please also note that the maximum deck thickness is 2 1/4". Please click the link below to see the Technical Specifications for these and other measurements. https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-L-3567-MPU-DST%20Rev%20D.pdf Best regards, Jon

Asked by: Ken Boyd
Dear Ken Boyd, Thank you for your question. To remove the aerator RP90059 from the end of your Delta Ara Lavatory 3567-SSMPU-DST faucet, we would suggest using needle nose pilers to pull the aerator out. Best regards, Tanya

Cleaning of faucet

I have owned this faucet for only one week and have noticed water stains which do not clean up with water and a dry cloth (as recommended in the user manual). Is there something else I can do?
Asked by: Gebes
Hi Gebes, Thank you for your question. Water stains can appear when water evaporates on the faucet, leaving behind minerals. You can remove water stains using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water and a soft cloth. Best regards, Jon
