Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE THE LOOK I BOUGHT THIS ITEM 4 MONTHS AGO AND THE SILVERTON IS THE BEST LOOKING OF THE DELTA FAUCETS!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A bumpy start I purchased the faucet from Lowes but the cold water stem was defective. The facet was easy to install and is good quality. I had to contact Delta Faucet to get a replacement on the stem, they did an excellent job in getting a replacement out immediately. Overall, product defects happen, but its "how" an organization handles customers concerns and Delta did a great job in taking care of me. I would recommend the faucet.

Is the drain kit included compatible with vanity sinks without overflows?

Do any of the drains included with Delta faucets work with vanity sinks without overflows.
Asked by: Yositime
Hello Yositime, Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, none of the pop ups included in our faucets are designed for use in sinks without overflow holes. However, we make push pop ups without overflow holes. Both the 72172 and the 72174 are push pop up assemblies without overflow holes. I hope this helps!

want to change handle rotation

instead of handles opening away from you towards back of sink(turning on) can I have them turn on by turning them towards the front of the sink or drain? Can i move the stops? thank you
Asked by: john
Hi John, Thank you for your question. The handle should rotate toward you to turn on and to the side to turn off. Please verify that the valve is installed correctly below the sink with the supply tubes on the outside, and that the stem is inserted correctly, as indicated on page 4 of the instructions (see link below). http://www.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/documentation/35713lf.html?document=mi&fromDetailArea=bath&documentIndex=0#flashWrapper Best regards, Jon

Why does the drain closer horizontal rod movement stopped by the water supply lines to thee faucet?

the lift rodm supplies insufficient movement due to interferrence with water supply lines to faucet. Why are the handles pointing toward the basin when in the off position?
Asked by: William
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 35713LF has a hose that connects the hot and cold to the spout underneath the deck. It is possible that your horizontal rod is running through that hose and preventing it from working properly. It also could be that the hot and cold end valves have been reversed. This would also explain why the handles are pointing towards the basin when in the off position.

Faucet handles

Is there a right way to postion the hot and cold handles? It appears that the cold handle does not turn the exact opposite of the hot handle when turning on or off.
Asked by: Melanie
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 35713LF is a widespread faucet that has 3 separate peices that make up the faucet. It contains two end valve assemblies and a spout assembly. If the cold is not quite right, then loosen it at the base and turn the whole assembly to where you would like it to be. When it is correct, tighten it down again.
