Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't be happier We bought this faucet about two weeks ago and it was delivered very promptly. Outstanding Delta packaging insured it made the trip to our house unblemished. We bought two for our new master bath. Will post pictures when installed as the finish on them is great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product We installed this product in our bathroom and it has made a world of difference. The water consumption has gone down, saving us money and the faucet is really stunning to look at.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta Completes The Remodel The Leland collection is extremely attractive, especially in the finish we selected which was the venetian bronze. Hold one of these faucets in your hand and you can feel the quality. Heavy, well constructed, well made mechanisms and the plumber will praise your choice. The style and quality are the reasons to buy Delta but the product is only as good as the company who backs it up and Delta has been there every step of the way in our remodel. Every question asked has been answered by customer service. Once installed, they perform flawlessly, from the even aerated water flow to the sink drain stopper that actually works with one pull. We've placed delta through out the house and would not change a thing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from O rings We have purchased several of these for a condominium project. In a few of them, we have had to replace the O-rings immediately after installation. Don't know whether its due to sediment in the water lines or faulty O-rings. It is frustrating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great overall performance, but The new cabinet with undermount sink is too far away from pull-up rod for drain. I need a longer horizontal rod (the one with the ball) so it can reach the pull-up rod. Several local supply houses do not have what I am looking for. Great faucet, but cannot use drain yet.

Can I use the porcelain lever handle kit H712 or H777 with these faucets? Are there one or two handles in each kit?

Asked by: Scooter18
Hi Scooter18, Thank you for your question. The H712 and H777 are handles for our single handle tub/shower faucets. The H212 and H277 handles are the 2 handle kits available in the same styles that will fit the model 3575-MPU-DST faucet. Thanks, Dave

What is the diffence between this model and 3575LF-SS?

Can you please explain the difference between these two models? The stock photos are identical, but the price and model numbers are different.
Asked by: Kyle
Hi Kyle, Thank you for your question. The 2 faucets will appear identical from above the countertop. The 3575LF-SS uses our RP24097 stem assembly and RP4993 seats and springs to control the flow of water through the valve bodies and comes with a 50/50 pop up (half metal, half plastic). The model 3575-SSMPU-DST uses our newer DST valve assembly which has diamond impregnated ceramic discs to control the water and comes with a metal pop up drain assembly. Thanks, Dave

For the Delta 3573 MPU bath lav. faucet, with water running,

Delta 3575 MPU bath lav faucet, with water running, how far from the back of the sink should the water fall? We custom ordered a countertop and undermount sinks. Our new faucets are installed so far back from the back of the sink, you have to wash your hands sideways - parallel to the wall - so that your hands remain under the water flow. Is there a standard acceptable distance from the back of the sink bowl to the water flow? Was this style of faucet not supposed to be used with undermount sinks?
Asked by: Mary
Hi Mary, Thank you for your question. The model 3575-MPU-DST can be used with an undermount sink. The faucet should be installed with a minimum clearance of 2-1/2" to the back splash and the spout reach from the faucet centers to the center of the water stream is 5". Here is a link to the spec sheet for your model that would be the guide for the install. http://www.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/documentation/3575-mpu-dst.html?document=ts&fromDetailArea=bath&documentIndex=0#flashWrapper Thanks, Dave

what are the various parts of the Leland 3575-MPU-SDT made of?

I want to know what parts are solid brass, which are pot metal and which are plastic. It would be nice if you had this in your spec sheets. It's an obvious question. Thanks.
Asked by: Bill
Hi Bill, Thank you for your question. The trim parts on the model 3575-MPU-DST that are made of brass are the spout, spout escutcheon, lift rod and handle escutcheon. The spout shank, and handle assemblies are zinc. The cache escutcheon is non-metallic. Thanks, Dave

it is safe or recommended to apply canuba wax to this collection?

I have the Leland collection in my bathroom. The 2 handle 3 hold wide spread faucet, the tub spout and the Delta in2ition shower head.
Asked by: Judey
Carnauba like most wax will build-up. Personally I wouldn't use it. However, by accident I did find a product that I beleive is great for what you are needing. When the plumber was installing the faucets he used a lot of plumbers grease to fit the parts and to insure a solid install, this stuff got all over the faucets. Just as was about to figure out how to get the stuff off my plumber told me to just wipe down with a clean cloth and leave a light film of the plumbers grease on the faucet. This stuff is great, it made the color of the bronze pop, it resist water stains and doesn't need to be applied but maybe once a year. I went to the local plumbing supply and bought a small container and use it to seal my faucets and other delta products.

What is the size of the Leland spout base?

I am looking at the Leland two handle widespread lavatory faucet, 3575-SSMPU-DST. Can you tell me the diameter of the base of the spout? I am trying to figure out how much distance there will be between the edge of the sink and the end of the spout after it is installed. I noticed one person claimed that 3 1/2" was not enough space and Delta replied that they would email him a possible solution. I am also wondering what that solution was.
Asked by: Jeanie

where can I find a template for installation on a granite countertop

Asked by: j
Thank you for your question. While we do not recommend drilling the holes for your faucet until you have the faucet, we understand that people do drill the holes ahead of time. Included here is the spec sheet for the 3575-MPU-DST for your information. http://www.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/documentation/3575-mpu-dst.html?document=ts&documentIndex=0#flashWrapper
