Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks great; has odd features. I bought this faucet from the Home Depot a few days ago and installed it today. The spout swivels, which is ok, I guess, but there was no mention of this feature in the item description. I have installed other Delta faucets in recent years, and those have provided the option to leave the swivel active or to prevent it. Not so on this model, apparently. Also, the hot/cold handles rotate 360 degrees, alternating from "on" to "off" as they spin around--there are no stops on the cartridges. (Yes, they were installed according to the directions.) Not sure if this model was designed with this unique/weird feature, but I'm guessing it's some kind of mistake. I was fine with it at first, but now I'm not. Since I spent an entire day uninstalling the old faucet and installing this new one, I'm not looking forward to the possibility of having to uninstall it and send it back to HD.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice design After installation by a professional plumber I noticed the lift rod extends about 3 inches when the pop-up is open. It has to be pushed down to close it. I have never seen this before. My other faucets are the opposite way. Is mine installed properly?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Handle rotation is unusual. Ditto for me. Could you please tell me why the handles spin 360 degrees without a stop? Thank you.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from After installation it appears that the valves have no stops - the handles just spin 360 degrees. I've never seen bathroom faucet valves do this. Handles spin around! No stops at OFF or FULL ON. Weird.

the handle on the delta southlake bathroom faucet has no shut off just keeps turning around? help!

Asked by: robb
Hi, robb! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta faucet. If the handle does not have a 'stop', we recommend to replace the stem unit assemblies. The kit for this is RP64761. Here is a link to this kit: https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP64761 Best Regards, Rosanna

Does this faucet swivel?

If it doesn't say "Swivel" then i assume that it does not. But - just to be sure - ? (I do not YET own this item.)
Asked by: Atticus
Hi Atticus, Thank you for your question. This faucet has a fixed spout. Best regards, Jon

I submitted a question several days ago and verified it through email. I do not see it published.

I am still wondering what the problem is with my Southlake bathroom faucet. There isn't anything to stop the handles when they get to the off position. I can continue to turn them and the water turns back on. Is there a part missing in the handle?
Asked by: Jane
You need to adjust the collar that is visible on top side of vanity, slighting exposing the brass threads. The hot/cold knobs will cover the brass threads and allow the handles to properly seat creating a stop for the handles.

which of the two handles come in the champagne color

Asked by: john
Hi, John! Thank you for your question. This faucet, 35755LF, does not come in our Champagne Bronze finish. We do have other two handle lavatory faucets that are available in Champagne Bronze. Here is a link to show you what is available in Champagne Bronze: https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/sink/widespread Best Regards, Rosanna

Does the "stainless" color match the "brushed nickel" color in Delta faucets and shower items?

Asked by: Sharon
Hi Sharon, Thank you for your question. The Stainless Steel finish is a close match to Brushed Nickel. Best regards, Jon
