Rated 3 out of 5 by from Plastic Screw Great looking faucet. The plastic screws that hold the handles in place are cheap. They become threaded very easily.

We installed this faucet and it worked initially, but now it won't turn off when the handle is on off position and the water flow is very low. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with it? Thank you.

Asked by: Bertha
Hi, Bertha! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow from your Delta faucet. Sometimes debris can get caught inside the valve that may cause low flow. We do recommend to perform a flush. To flush out the valve body, first turn off the water supply to the faucet. Remove the handles, stem units and seats and springs. Place a pitcher or bucket upside down over the open valve and turn the water back on full strength for 5 to 10 seconds. Do this on both the hot and cold sides. After the allotted time, turn the water off and reinstall the components.  Also, make sure that they do not have any dirt or debris on them. If this does not fix the issue, you may need to change the parts in the valve. The kit is RP74418. Here is a link to the kit: https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP74418 Best Regards, Rosanna

Can I use the RP10612 extensions for this faucet so that I can increase the deck thickness to 2.19"?

how do you remove the RP44493 Hose Assembly, Blocks & O-Rings from the faucet without damaging it ?

Asked by: DougthePlumber
Hi, DougthePlumber! Thank you for your question. The hose assembly, RP44493, can be removed by pushing in the two tabs on the hose connection, like a clothespin. While these tabs are pushed in, push the hose connection up to release. Once released, you can pull the hose assembly down to remove. Best Regards, Rosanna

I removed the aerator before turning water on yet it is getting plugged up somewhere in faucet. I removed handles and checked springs and turned water on with stems removed and have pressure there but nothing out of faucet when hooked back up.

Does the Flynn shower/bath faucet come in chrome?

I can only find the Flynn shower/bath faucet in stainless steel or oil rubbed bronze. I bought the sink faucets in chrome and I'd like the shower to match. How can you offer 3 finishes for the sink but not for the shower?
