Rated 4 out of 5 by from ADDISON TWO HANDLE WIDESPREAD FAUCET For the most part, this faucet works and looks nice. We also have had issues with the pop up stopper - not working and the finish fading. It seems that this is a reoccurring issue for the Addison. I am also a kitchen and bath designer and now will be hesitant to recommend this faucet unless the issue is fixed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Expensive faucet and doesn't look at nice as it should. We installed granite in our bathrooms and bought these faucets for 3 sinks. First, didn't know we would need an extension kit to install. Found out when started to install . This is something that should be mentioned on the box. Very disappointed in the stopper. Sits crooked in the drain opening and very floppy. Our construction faucet stopper looked better. Tried both ways - attached to the pin and unattached and both look cheap. Considering returning the 2 and buying Kohler. We had replaced 2 faucets previously with Kohlers that were a third of the price and functionality and looked much better.

I'm not able to connect the faucet spout using the washer and nut because the granite counter is too thick. Is there a way to extend the spout?

I can connect without the washer, but the spout is not secure. I didn't have a problem with the handles.
Asked by: Tom
Hi Tom, Thank you for your question. We do offer an extenison kit for the model 3592LF-SS faucet. The RP10612 will add 1" to the max deck thickness. Thanks, Dave

Cannot remove aerators in 3592LF-SS

I attempted to remove the aerators on both faucets in an attempt to clean them as the water wasn't running as it should. Due to a build up of blueish/greenish matter, the aerators would not fully unscrew and could not be removed. I've tried soaking them both with a cloth soaked in white vinegar, but that has not worked. I have ordered replacement aerators (RP51345), as I'm sure they will be damaged when finally removed. How can I remove those aerators currently installed without damaging the faucets? These faucets were installed in February 2012.
Asked by: Fl Jack
Hi FL Jack, Thank you for your question. The blue/green build up is usually mineral build up. We recommend soaking a towel in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water and wrapping the towel around the end of the spout covering the aerator. Allow to soak overnight if possible. You can also use a tooth brush to help with stubborn deposits. Thanks, Dave

Does this come in a longer stem for sinks that are crowded under the counter top?

In the text description of the Addison bathroom sink faucet, widespread, it says that it comes in aged pewter. In the area where you show small samples of the finishes available, aged pewter is not shown. Please clarify.

Asked by: Hunting Faucets
Hi, Hunting Faucets! Thank you for your question. The 3592 Addison faucet does not come in the Aged Pewter finish. This comes in Chrome, Stainless Steel, Venetian Bronze, and Champagne Bronze. Best Regards, Rosanna

The rod that came with this faucet is not long enough for my sink? Is there a longer rod I can order that is compatible?

Asked by: jfb
Dear Jfb, Thank you for your question.Unfortunately, we do not make a longer lift rod for the Delta Addison Lavatory 3592LF-SS faucet. However, we do make longer horizontal rods, to reach better for the lift rod attachment to the pop-up/drain assembly. We have the RP22828 which is 8 1/8" long, RP33805 which is 10 1/8" and the RP39922 that is 11 13/16" long. Best regards, Tanya

I would like to know what can be used to remove water stains and what should be used regularly for cleaning and what products to avoid.

Asked by: STEPHANIE
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 3592LF-CZ is recommended to be cleaned with a mild soap and water. Nothing with a harsh abrasive should be used. To remove water spots, we suggest using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and cold water soaked on a cloth. You may need to leave the cloth soaking on the water spots overnight.

Can I get a riser with this faucet to use it on vessel sink?

We have Addison collection on Tub/Shower and would like for vanity to match.
Asked by: helicopterpilot
Hi Helicopterpilot, Thank you for your question. We do not offer a riser kit for the model 3592LF-RB faucet. We do have the model 792-RB-DST which is a single handle vessel lavatory faucet in the Addison collection or the 3592LF-RBWL 2 handle wall mount lavatory faucet that can work with a vessel bowl. Thanks, Dave
