Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will not work on 3 cm granite without deck extensions I usually don't review products, but this faucet irritated me so much I had to leave a review. It has a maximum deck thickness of 28 mm, so it won't work with standard 3 cm granite. I had to spend another $23 for a deck extension kit and make another trip into town. Absolutely ridiculous for a faucet in this price range!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Purchased 2 of these in chrome for a bathroom remodel. They have been installed for a few weeks now and we are very happy with them. The quality is great and they are very elegant looking. Low profile ensures clearance for the medicine cabinet above.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just Perfect! Purchased one each in the brilliant stainless and polished nickel. Both function well and are beautiful. I loved that they came with three different choices for handles.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice lines. Bought this for a bath remodel. Vertical clearance was tight. This fit the bill. Brushed stainless, IMO, is a bit more difficult to keep looking new than chrome. Fingerprints are more noticeable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect So hard to find a low profile faucet. A little annoying that I had to buy handles seperate. Wish Delta would sell it all together but I still love it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet! Bought this for my new master bathroom. Could not be happier. Customer service excellent also.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice product The faucet has great style and would lend itself to use in a traditional or contemporary space. The only item to note is the color. The champagne bronze is not a deep gold color as shown in all the product advertising. It is actually what we call a watery gold or a silvered gold. It is beautiful, nonetheless, and the color adds to it's versatile use in many styles of baths.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The faucet works and looks great The faucet looks fantastic with the four prong handles. The collection looks great together in the bathroom. The quality is quite obvious the first time you use it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I wanted Just love this faucet. I really wanted the polished nickel finish and it looks beautiful. I wanted a classic look and this is it. It arrived just when it was promised. Very smooth transaction.

Height?

Does the height on the specs page include the spout being pulled? I only have 8" from the top of my sink to the bottom of my medicine cabinet and it is incredibly hard to find a faucet that will fit this profile. Thank you.
Asked by: Rhi
Hi Rhi, Thank you for your question. The spout height does not include the lift rod being pulled up. The lift rod will raise several inches above this when pulled. However, you could use a push-pop up assembly, such as 72173, instead of the included lift rod operated pop-up. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/72173 Best regards, Jon

How do you periodically clean the drain for normal sludge build up--how can consumer remove stopper?

Asked by: Sue
Dear Sue, Thank you for your question. If a stopper does not lift straight out, it is being held in by the horizontal rod. Behind the drain pipe under the sink is a horizontal rod connected to the lift rod via the strap. The horizontal rod is held in place by a nut. Remove the nut and pull the horizontal rod straight away from the pipe about an inch. The stopper should now come free of the drain. Best regards, Tanya

We’ve found that our 3cm granite is too thick for the Cassidy widespread vanity faucet and have found an extension kit. Where in the directions does it say how big to drill the holes in the granite?

Asked by: Lynn59
Thank you for your question, Lynn59! The Cassidy two handle widespread lavatory faucet can be used with the RP10612 extension kit which adds 1" to the maximum deck thickness. Necessary measurements for installation can be found on the Technical Specifications Sheet below. https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/dsp-l-3595lf-mpu-lhp_D.pdf Best regards, Edward

my plumber just installed the cassidy faucet sets with cross handles in all my bathrooms. My question is which way should the handles turn? Mine are both turning toward the faucet vs the opposite way, which is what I'm used to.

Asked by: Kimberly
Thank you for your question, Kimberly! Model 3595LF is intended for the handles to turn whichever way you would prefer as the raised stops can be turned to the opposite side on both stem units in order to accommodate both handle rotation options. Please refer to Step 3, page 4 of the Maintenance and Installation Manual below for reference. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/86427%20Rev%20C.pdf Best regards, Edward

Are the spout prices separate from handle prices on bathroom vanity fixtures

Asked by: Heen
Thank you for your question, Heen! An "LHP" model, which stands for "Less Handles Program", will include the spout and valves, but not the handles which are sold separately to provide some additional styling choices. This model has the option of the H295, H297 or the H298 handle kits. Best regards, Edward
